Five Guys — Restaurant in Town of Oneonta

We are familiar with the 5 guys franchise, but this was our 1st visit to this location. We ordered meals for 4 people, with only one of the items ordered being a burger. The place was not exceptionally busy and they did not seem to be under any stress in the kitchen, but evidently it was a challenging enough order to forget the only burger and not make the milk shake until I reminded them we had a milk shake as well. The guy who made the milk shake was great, hustled right over and took care of it. This was roughly 20 minutes after ordering a couple hot dogs, a burger and fries. It seemed the other employees were lost and totally reliant on this gentleman to keep them working. The rest of the food was fine, but the kicker is we went to 5 Guys BURGERs and Fries particularly because this individual wanted a burger and unfortunately we were back to our camper 25 minutes away before discovering the missing burger. In addition to everything below, we ordered a regular fries and the person didn’t give us the extra fries scoop. When I asked for it politely, she walked to the fries, brought some to the counter and through them it into the bag, unbelievable!!! I asked for a cold bottle of water, they didn't have any, they looked in the back room and it was all warm. They never told me it was warm, they just rung it up. I said I didn't want the water now, the girl that rung me up, couldn't credit my card,, she was going to give me a gift card, until another worker said I know what to do.They never restocked at all..
