Yesterday I came in to get my new phone activated since I broke my other one. I was a bit frustrated calling the number to speak with a representative so I came in to get help. They had me on hold for almost an hour and it didn't seem like neither sim card would work. First I spoke with who I'm assuming was new (I believe she was a trainee.). She tried helping with my sim card problem and when she couldn't do it she went to get a co-worker for help. She was very friendly too and helpful with some knowledge I didn't know about phones like taking out the battery might help some problems. She told me to try that when the new phone couldn't read the sim card.
At first it seemed we couldn't get it activated, although the employee was persistent on helping and did an excellent job. It got to the point I felt keeping my number wasn't worth the hassle so I told him to just get me a new one. He said if it didn't work after this try he'd do it and it worked. I kept my same number too! I felt bad because it was near closing time and most businesses at closing time clean up and prepare for the next day.

I was initially going to get a OnePlus 6, but I figured it was too good of a deal to turn down, so I caved and went with it. A month later, they charge us full price for the S9s, deny responsibility for ever offering us that deal, and say to take it up with HQ, who just refers us back to this hell hole. He was supportive and gave me info on two phones I was trying to decide between. He was interrupted a couple of times and handled the situation cool, calm, and collected.
