Hydrate Health and Wellness — Attraction in Town of Oyster Bay

Hydrate Health and Wellness is an absolute gem. I am so glad I finally decided to go in. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm, spa like atmosphere in which you are instantly at ease. 10/10 for cleanliness, the ability to calm and escape stresses of the day.

The owner is incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all products and services. If you have any questions, she is more than willing to answer them and explain the process.

The infrared sauna is one of my favorite features. I work out a lot and the sauna helps speed up post workout recovery. The heat penetrates deeply and helps muscles recover faster, especially after those intense training days.

The footbath is another go-to of mine. It's a relaxing way to detox and I always have softer feet afterwards. Plus it helps relieve pain in my muscles and joints.

Now let's get to the really good stuff, the hydrogen water! I can easily drink a gallon without that uncomfortable full feeling. It keeps me energized and properly hydrated, unlike regular bottled water.

Since first walking in, I am now here about twice a week as a part of my weekly routine. I highly recommend, it's a sanctuary for anyone looking to feel better...

I absolutely love this place! If you live on Long Island you know how terrible the water quality is. I started coming here for their filtered hydrogen water service. Just come fill up your jugs or containers with their delicious, clean, purified water and be on your way!! They also offer ionic foot baths, sauna, and whole body vibration. I recently started using these service’s as well after a long workout and my body feels great! They also have amazing all natural skin care and supplements for sale as well.
