I absolutely love this Michaels. The place is always clean and organized, I have never run into a staff member who has given me attitude, everyone is extremely kind and helpful. Today Wendy helped me so much! That woman is absolutely fantastic. She's super knowledgeable and she explained to me which yarns I can use for my specific need and how to go about it. Totally thankful for all of her help and patience. Overall, Michaels can be a tad pricey but go in with some coupons and enjoy yourself! At the location the staff is absolutely fantastic, especially Wendy. 10/10

Today I went in on a new diy project. I'm making stickers for a business and needed something to make them water resistant. I spoke with Chris and Dana. Dana wasn't super sure about which spray was best that I needed to use and didn't want to give me the wrong info so she called chris over. Dana was so cool and we talked about making stickers and I found out that dana is trying to make some stickers too which is funny because I never hear if anyone who makes stickers lol. Chris explained everything and he was so nice, definitely a good people person which I greatly appreciate. I love all of the staff at Michaels I have not had any issues yet.

Read morei would give 0 stars if i could. i was there with a friend on wednesday june 14th at 6pm. In our first 5 mins in the store I noticed that two employees (both older white ladies around 40-50) were talking about my friend and I through their microphones. It made us feel weird but we tried to ignore it. We continued shopping and noticed that the employees were still talking about us and following us around the store. At this point we were getting uncomfortable. After the third time of the same employee asking if we needed help I asked if there was a problem because I noticed that they were talking about us and following us around. She said she was doing her job so we walked away and continued shopping. A few seconds later she came to us very hostile and aggressive. She was up in my face yelling at me and eventually asked my friend to put her things down and told us to leave the store. I believe the rude employee may have been a manager. This whole situation was shocking. My friend and I felt discriminated and unsafe by this behavior. Read moreI have to say customer service these days is horrible. I went into this location in Massapequa and the employees act like they don’t want to be there. Not a single person asked me if I needed help. You can see them moping around like there just there to pass the time. They are more concerned With the conversation they’re having with another employee over helping a customer. I was looking for one item and being there was a sale I was going to pick up other things as well due to the customer service I put almost everything back. If these people Hate their jobs so much then quit. Show some personality. I refuse to spend money where the customer service is so horrible. I had to walk to the front of the store to ask again where something was. The girl working the register replied that she can’t leave from that area well then maybe she should’ve called somebody that could’ve assisted me further instead i had to go looking myself.
