I like BayTown as it is very convenient for me. I just wish there wasn't so many empty parking spots all the time. I wish they turned the empty spaces into a park or something for people to come hang out on their lunch break, have dinner with friends, enjoy the weather. Instead, it's a big massive parking lot just doing nothing. I have had to sit on the concrete floor to eat my DiBella's outside. I miss eating lunch on a park bench in Manhattan. How much does it cost to just have some more trees, greenery, and a few chairs for people to spend time in? It's not hard to navigate through the plaza but you shouldn't speed and you should watch for kids or pedestrians crossing throughout the parking lots. There is plenty of parking for whatever business you may have and the variety of stores makes it a great place to get everything you want in the same location. Being name brand stores, it will be a bit more pricey but still worth the prices to visit. Another good thing about BayTowne Plaza is that it's in the general location of a bunch of other stores and plazas and that makes it more...

Once inside it's very difficult to find the business you're actually hoping to visit and with the main attraction in the plaza being Walmart which I tend to avoid whenever possible leads me to rarely go here. Once you get to the plaza actually finding your way to Walmart is difficult and trying to get to any other business in the plaza and once there determine if they are actually open is not an easy task. This could be a very nice shopping area but unfortunately if I had to guess Walmart is the main client of whoever owns the Plaza And it's clear that they cater to Walmart's needs rather than the needs of the other businesses...
