Patrick was outstanding and absolutely amazing! First, he didn’t pressure me when I walked in but checked in and made sure I was okay. That was the first sign of a welcoming space. I wandered around the store for about 25 minutes or so picking up items waiting for someone to ask if I was l ooking for anything in particular; Nothing. Two other customers came in and were promptly greeted. Astonished I kept shopping . I even called another dxl store to inquier about my size profile. I was nearly done before I realized that I had over $400 worth of merch that would have provided comission to a sales department that didn't help me.
