Adirondack Gun & Range — Attraction in Town of Queensbury

If i could have put no star i would have! I had a very bad experience today at this location, I walked in with my family and the guy at the counter was so rude and unprofessional, me and my family walked in together and their were 12 of us, right away the guy at the counter mentioned we had to pay $50 per person.. When we walked in at first they had a sign that said $24.99 per person so, we asked him if we can pay the displayed price for individuals because we are not a group we are separate families, but this guy was very disrespectful to us and he said, since you all walked in as a group you have to pay group price and he couldn't give us the other deal considering that we would individually go into the range/in pairs. We told him again we are not a group; we should be considered separate families (some of the people that entered the building weren't even going into the range) however, he insisted on giving us a difficult time. As a valued customer the management team should look into this immediately. Due to his unprofessionalism you guys lost valued 12 customers today. He needs to be more professional and supportive to customers. I'd hate for this behavior to go on any longer or to find out that today's issue was caused by racist intent. Customers comes first!! It's often hard to find the perfect place for just the right thing, aspesuly In this economy am I right. Adirondack Gun & Range is indeed the exception and my I add and an exceptional place with affordable princess and unmatched quality and customer service. They truly have no problem going the extra mile for it's customers. I have been coming here for several months and I've never been disappointed. Infact it's the only place I look forward going to on my days off. Yes indeed it's one of those please that has almost everything you could want or need. From it's wide selection of professional gun training courses to it's well ventilated indoor gun range, to it's vast array of guns and equipment you will find just about anything you could look for. If you're looking for a place like this but aren't sure if you want to take the time or drive the distance let me assure you, you won't be disappointed. And if by chance they don't have what you're looking for or aren't able to order it they seem to always be able to point you in the right direction. So come on by you'll be glad you did. The last several weeks my Sunday morning shooting lesson was the highlight of my week. My instructor Jim was knowledgeable and serious at teaching me how to shoot and handle the weapon safely. When we were not practicing skills, I enjoyed pleasant and funny conversation with Jim. As a retired cop and an older gentleman I thought he was a perfect fit for an instructor, and certainly he was a great instructor for me. So when Jim called me to tell me that he needed to cancel my lesson on Sunday, because the company had let him go, I was and am stunned.
