The Big Moose Furniture Outlet — Local services in Town of Queensbury

My wife and I went to the Big Moose Furniture Outlet today. We stumbled upon it as we are visitors to this area 1x per year. The store has absolutely amazing finds, including 75% off in many areas. However, our visit today was memorable for a very different reason. That reason was Danielle. She was the only one working the floor, the register, and in fact the entire store. She not only greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed, but she ran around, getting things done, cashing out customers, and even bridging the gab between employee, manager, and owner, as her dedication was very evident. Let me say this. Danielle, was everything today. She was our greeter, our customer assistance, our cashier, and even our manager. I feel that so many times, personal attentiveness and genuine love for what people do, go unnoticed or worse yet, ignored. I hope that The Big Moose Furniture Outlet does not make this mistake. Danielle in my mind and without a doubt, deserves a merit raise. My wife and I left there today with products that we are pleased with enthusiasm to gift those items to our loved ones, but honestly, Danielle, coul not have been more kind and attentive. Stopped in yesterday spontaneously on our long drive home from Lake George. Wasn't planning on purchasing anything and walked out spending almost 1k! The store is beautiful and well laid out. Lots to look at! The employee Danielle, was so helpful. She went above and beyond, answering all my questions, providing detailed information on the quality and craftmanship of the furniture, and making the process very easy. She's very likely one of the main reason I walked out purchasing the furniture I did, as I initially had no intentions of making that large of a purchase that day. Big Moose furniture outlet is our favorite place to shop. We purchased several large pieces over the past year. Our first was the small table and 4 chairs. Next was a complete bedroom set and a bench for our upstairs master bedroom. Our latest, a new counter height dining table. Beautifully crafted by a true artist. The tables and the bench are black walnut with aspen and cedar root bases. Maureen (Moe) is the best. We purchased all of our furniture from her and many other things to accent the pieces.
