DXL Big + Tall Outlet — Local services in Town of Queensbury

I stopped in last Saturday 9/13/2025. I was looking for something and nothing at the same time. I was greeted by Craig (I believe that was him name). He informed me of the sales and let me look around at my leisure. I decided to go for some jeans and shirt but after trying a few pair on, I just couldn’t get a fit that I loved. The whole time Craig (again I think that’s his name) was extremely patient and helpful. He made some good suggestions and also offered to order a pair they didn’t have in the store. The kindness and level of customer service is definitely a nice change of pace from the far too often lackluster experiences. I shopped here with a friend on Labor Day, I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who waited on us... he was hands down the BEST sales person I have EVER encountered at a DXL! I regularly take my friend shopping and we have been to 4 different locations in two states and we will definitely be returning here again and again because of the service we received from this very friendly and professional salesman! Had a great time! I had never been to a DXL before so I was delighted to be greeted by such friendly staff! When I told them I was new, they literally showed me around the place and "the ropes". They seemed excited to have me there and were very enthusiastic and helpful. You could tell they loved their job and that, in itself, is truly refreshing.
