One of the best Walgreens Iāve been to in a very long time. Linda, in particular, makes this Walgreens great! In fact, Iād go as far as saying that Walgreens would be a fool to let her go. She deserves a raise. She is a sweetheart who remembers people by name. I was compelled to buy something from the store just because I wanted to be rung up by her after being in the store for a few hours to do some third party work. As someone from the city, she was refreshing to be around and made the store a fun environment to be in. I observed her asking people how they were doing when they walked in the store continuously, Also, without her knowing that I was part of the third party team, she went out of her way to recommend a better place to find the item I was looking for to purchase after she observed me looking perplexed while looking for it by the register. I am specifically impressed with the pharmacy manager, Jason, but the entire staff is pleasant enough and highly professional. Having used dozens of pharmacies over the years, Jason is without question the kindest, most competent, and diligent practitioner I have ever encountered. I have been repeatedly astonished at the effort he will go to resolve any issue whatsoever. He is pure Gold, a vital asset to that organization. If he were to move to another position an hour drive away I would probably follow and I believe that may be the highest compliment and a reason to retain him at any cost. She was not willing to assist me with a prescription that I have been waiting on for a week now, I received no communication from the pharmacy staff informing me that it was on back order. I had to do the job of the pharmacy and find a walgreens that did have my prescription in stock. Valerie was extremely dismissive of the concerns I bought to her attention, I am considering switching pharmacies due to her actions and service she provided me with today. I hope walgreens sees this and reinforces their quality of care they have always provided to their customers because let me tell you, the new manager Valerie needs some SERIOUS refreshers on customer care...
