Small but well kept park right on the lakefront of beautiful Skaneateles Lake. This is one of the few spots to really enjoy being on the lake as most of Skaneateles is privately owned. Thayer park is nearby - take a walk through the village and you'll come to that one on the other side of the last buildings. Clift Park has benches, a swimming area, access to the public docks and pier, and the launch of the lunch and dinner cruises. The bathrooms are located underneath the gazebo, so people often miss them.Great place for sunrise and sunset as well!

What a gorgeous view this place gives its visitors. The water look like pool water. I never seen one of these Lakes and I was thoroughly impressed. We were just stopping by so we didn't stay long but I would definitely come back and hang out in this cute town. The park itself was super clean very inviting. You're not supposed to bring any picnic items or pets but that's probably also why it was so clean. Definitely come check this place out if you're in the area I believe it's one of the only parks that face the water. But I'm not 100% certain

Skaneateles is homogeneous-very much a high end finger lakes destination. The park is waterfront with a nice swimming area and this weekend host of an annual antique boat show. Fully restored boats from the 30’s through the ‘70’s. One amazing craftsman brought 5 of his incredibly detailed boat models, each taking 2000-4000 hours to construct. That alone was worth the trip. Lots of traffic, hard to park unless on a motorcycle.

This park has served my family well as we come appear in the summer and always experience great festivities whether it be a live band or just enjoying the amazing view that the pier next to the park has to offer always a comfortable place to take kids for a walk, for a swim, or to get the entire skaneateles experience in one Park as you can see a lot of local businesses right across the street and usually an entire Park full of many happy people enjoying the recreational facilities at this park has to offer it also gives you great access to the ferry at tours up and down...

Very neat little park on the shores of Skaneateles Lake, complete with a swimming area, and two docks. The water is definitely a little choppy for swimming (at least the day we were there), so keep that in mind. This isn’t a beach, but the grass area is perfect for picnic blankets and beach bags. Nice little veteran memorial park and garden area with a fountain as well. Staff was friendly. Note that the public restrooms are not in the park itself, but down the street. There is signage directing you. Something to keep in mind if you bring a change of...
