My fiance and I stopped here just to look at what what they had in stock; neither of us have been married before and we therefore did not know what to expect. I was honestly intimidated when I walked in, as their show room is quite impressive with a wide variety of jewelry and I had literally no knowledge about any of it outside of the 4 "C's" they talk about. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and dignity, I had been slightly nervous that things would be out of my budget, however the sales staff, particularly a gentleman by the name of Angel, made me feel extremely comfortable. He only showed me exactly what I told him I was interested in, offering guidance on how to choose a beautiful piece without being pushy or off-putting as most sales people can. I had a ring made with the stone we found, and I was impressed to find that the ring was able to be custom made within a week's time, fast enough to be ready for our engagement photos, which are being taken today. I was not expecting to have this ring ready for the shooot, so now I am going to give the ring to her then, so the photographer can capture her reaction at seeing the ring for first time. There was also a young lady by the name of Debbie that helped me out when Angel was unavailable, bringing me a bottle of water without any request. All told I was not anticipating buying a ring that day but I was so impressed with everything that I did. I cannot be happier with the ring or with the level of service they provide; they even have a lifetime service/maintenance program included with the purchase. The also provided me with the appropriate documentation regarding the diamond, and explained my options for future purchases. They communicated with me while the ring was being made to ensure I had it when I needed it as well. Overall this is a highly professional jewler that has been around for decades, and the experience they have in the industry is readily apparent. Could not be happier with this experience, I highly recommend this jeweler to anyone from a guy like me who has no experience with real jewelry, to collectors and enthusiasts, the atmosphere and professional services offered here are second to none. They made the experience of buying a ring so convenient and easy, I will forever be grateful. Thank you Angel, she's...
Read moreI bought my engagement ring for my wife 4-5 years ago. I can tell you this was the best experience that I had compared to the 10+ locations I went to in Buffalo. And trust me, I did my due diligence. I visited Jareds, Kays as well as a handful of mom and pop stores /online stores and this was the best hands down. I had a very particular diamond in mind that went with a specific budget, which made things difficult for me. Brian and Jen spent countless hours with me in helping me find the right ring for my wife. They answered my millions of questions and showed their patience with my indecisiveness. Find me a jewelry owner that will do that for you, and I will be surprised. I had a diamond picked out initially after looking at their website, however, Brian suggested that I look at a different one which turned out to be better than what I expected. My wife loves the ring and receives compliments to this day.
Jen is very personable and will always make sure she has done everything possible to make you happy with your purchase. A pair of earrings that I wanted to get my wife ended up getting sold, and she worked for an entire day to help find the same exact one.
The store is also beautiful. And that's important. After all, who would want to take their spouse to a banged-up store and say, "Hey, this is where I got your ring".
For any of you folks that are worried about trusting a jeweler that will truly satisfy your needs, I can definitely understand your concern because that was me five years ago. I requested so many documents from them and drilled them with tons of questions to make sure I was getting a good deal. But, looking back at it now, I just laugh at myself because these people are very trustworthy and will help you find exactly what you are looking for. You won't go wrong with these guys. They are my...
Read moreI'm going to start from the beginning (so hang tight, for my full experience). So way back to when the Flea Market was located on Walden Ave..... I was so skeptical about jewelry there (anyone who shops at one would know). Until I came across Brian Michael's booth. He was ever so pleasant with my many questions ( think he picked up on my suspicious vibes lol) He inquired on a few things of course (great salesmanship). Then politely handed me his buisness card informing me the location of his shop & telling me to stop in sometime. My stop in was the best experience. Ever since I've been a customer. Although when COVID hit I'm sure many can agree was a strain on us all. Anywoo. My experiences, whether for purchases, repairs, or quick visit, have always been remarkable. The staff always acknowledge you, give you the one on one experience, & most of all listen to your interests . Although sad to hear a few of my favorite ladies are no longer there (Debbie & Laurie). This visit was for a ring sizing & was excited that it was able to be completed within a few hours! In the past, typically it was ready in a few days. So this definitely is great for anybody looking to wear their new ring same day. I was in good hands with Jen. She remembered me (always a plus in retail) & assisted me with the sizing repair. All of my exchanges with her over the years, also, have been outstanding. She has a great spirit, always so kind with her bubbly personality. So if your looking for the full experience with exceptional staff from the first step in the door, This is definitely the place to shop for all your jewelry needs. They will not disappoint! I recommend this shop to all my friends, family & coworkers. Telling them all my jeweler...
