If I can give a 0 star rating I would, this is what this Burger King location deserves. For one, I ordered at the drive thru and it took about 5 min to get my order taken and nothing was said to me only silence. Second off I ordered 2 Spicy Crispy Chicken PLAIN and I said it, and it was rung in as a regular with Mayo lettuce and tomato. Third off I called the store because my order was wrong and I was served RAW CHICKEN. I called and the manager who answered said “Hello?”, as I explained the issue they asked what was raw and then proceeded to hang up and they disconnected the phones. We called several times and no answer so we went in person. Once again waiting in the drive thru line for about 5-10 min. Asked for a manager at the window and was asked “what’s good with you?” The closing manager Christopher Employee ID: 552044 has terrible customer service and does not know how to talk to a customer, listen or handle a complaint. My husband was served a RAW SPICY CRISPY CHICKEN. Chicken is NOT supposed to be PINK at all. So the manager proceeded to ask if I had the sandwiches, like if I was going to eat a raw sandwich, we handed the food back to him through the drive thru window since he asked and during COVID. I had to ASK for a refund because he simply was just about to remake them and like if I was going to eat there again after this experience. Manager gave me a refund with an attitude and ran off to the back no apology nothing to make up for my meal that was raw or the time and money that I had to waste to come back. Read moreOrdered food for our family tonight on the BK app for delivery, they use door dash here for that. The door dash guy didn't deliver to the correct address. We could not reach him or anyone at BK location. After trying many times, we went down to the store to explain what happened and see about getting either our food replaced or a refund. There was a tall slender dark skinned woman managing tonight. I was met immediately with snide remarks and poor customer service. No effort was made to look at the receipt I had nor to even listen to me despite being calm and kind. I was basically told they were closed (posted time is 12, it was 10) and to get out and that next time I want BK to go to another location. When I asked her what her name was she refused to identify herself and instead said her name was "my store is closed get out". I contacted corporate and gave them all the information which will likely lead to nothing... But I hope somebody in upper level management reads this and has some kind of care or concern for how their employees represent the company because this particular employee does not care about damaging your brand. This wasn't just poor customer service, this was outright antagonation of a customer who had a legitimate complaint and was trying to calmly proceed with expressing the complaint. Read moreAs I ordered my impossible burger, I look to the floor in the kitchen and saw garbage all over the floor and asked the manager Dacoya why it’s so dirty she said it’s busy and they can’t clean it. But when my order as ready someone else handed me my order and then asked him why is that place so filthy. He pointed to the manger, which her clothes was dirty. I asked her why is the whole place dirty she started giving an attitude and told me if I worked in food service I would know that how things work and I responded and told her yes I worked in food service and never saw any place that serve food look that way. She proceeded to get nasty and told me then why I’m I eating there. I told her it’s I regretted ordering because I didn’t see all the other parts of the restaurant look filthy. There was a homeless man sleeping on the table and it was not busy as she told me. The restaurant was empty and a couple of customers came in. No line or busy. She doesn’t deserve to be handling any body’s restaurant or business much less food.
