A little annoyed, but to preface this I rarely come to taichi here on eggert. Usually I stop by when I'm in the area. However, I don't go anywhere else because I've always thought the service is nice here, I still do. Tonight caught me a bit off guard. I walked in-made slight eye contact with the person behind the register and then immediately went about my business, getting my usual, my focus beaming straight towards the stacks of menus still sitting on the counter. And took my time filling it out. Only to take it to the very same person I made eye contact with, and him tell me then that the kitchen is closed.
I'm sure he's had a long day, I myself having been up for a collective 13.5 hours between work and errands has had a long day... However just a suggestion for those who don't think to check Google to see the kitchen times.

Read moreBubble tea was good. Wait time was not, waited over 50 min for two ramens and two bubble teas from ordering in person. It would be helpful for management to implement a better system to get orders to peoples hands on time or display on a screen which orders are ready and have a separate area where ready orders are. I found out that my order was actually ready for a little while after the second time but no communication until I was able to ask the front and that was after waiting in a long line. No call out, this happened to multiple people waiting in the lobby as well, including people picking up door dash orders. I rarely write reviews but nobody likes thier time being wasted. Bubble tea was decent but nobody...
Read moreThis is literally the best bubble tea and ramen place I have ever gone, and trust me when I say I've gone to lots of bubble tea shops. The vibe inside the restaurant is so chill and its such a great place to hang out with friends. Its become a go-to for me and my best friend and we go at least twice a month. I always get a strawberry green tea with strawberry busting boba and I highly recommend the vegetarian ramen with tofu, I've personally only had that but even with the fact that I'm not a huge fan of tofu I absolutely loved the entire dish. Recently, (The past 2 times I've gone around the end of December and this past weekend) The bubble tea gave me and my bro stomach pains, which its never done before but it is still worth it for us because it is so delicious. 10/10...
