If i could give this store 0 stars I would. I am not happy with the service I received. I went and bought a dress last minute on Monday for my wedding this Sunday. The designer Jimmy was there and of course everyone gave my friend and I great service. Until it came to me not knowing if I wanted to buy quite yet. Jimmy and the one lady there pretty much forced me to buy said dress without telling me the price of it. It needed alterations done so I paid for that too. Jimmy "did me a favor because he liked me" by waiving the rush fee that comes with getting the alterations done in that short period of time. I wanted straps since it was strapless and he said "Oh yeah it comes with those that we can just attach" so I agreed. They conned me into buying a pair of shoes that he said he would give me a discount on, okay fine. As they were measuring everything I mentioned how some of the beading was starting to fall off and I asked if that could be fixed. Jimmy said "Oh yeah that'll be fixed and it'll be perfect!" so I believed him. I went to pay for it and no one told me the total before they took my card and swiped it and stamped "FINAL SALE" on the receipt. As we walk out of the store I looked at it and it costed me over $700 for everything. Not happy especially since the straps "came with the dress" which ended up being an extra $50 and the shoes were discounted..yeah a whole $4.99. At that point don't even bother. Then the hemming of the bottom was another extra $50 plus the alteration cost. I picked up my dress yesterday and expected it to be amazing and fit perfectly. Well I was wrong. I went in and no one was out front helping people, too busy in the back coning someone else into buying a dress. They had me try on my dress and forgot to mention they would help me do the clasp in the back or that they were there to help. They said take in the back and try it on and just left me alone. Let me tell you that was the opposite of what happened when I bought it. I try it on, go to the mirror and look and took it off. The straps were way too tight because no one measured how long they should be. No one working there was interested in me and anything to do with me so frankly I did not want to stay there. I remembered to check the beading after I put it on the hanger and what a shock NOTHING was done to fix it. NOTHING. All of the beading that was falling off on Monday was falling off again when I picked it up, so much for "We will fix it. It will be perfect". I was furious and left, which didn't seem to bother them since they were focused on someone actually spending money that day. I left the store crying because they basically ruined my dress. I finally got home and took pictures of everything wrong and realized that there was a stain near the zipper. A brown stain is on my white wedding dress and they didn't seem to care. I took it into better light and the whole top back is stained and dirty looking. So glad I spent over $700 on a dress that I have to have fixed before I get married. Worst customer service ever. If you are thinking of getting a dress from here DON'T. They'll treat you "great" and force you to buy a dress you're not set on by saying whatever it'll take to get you to buy it. But if you do buy from here DO NOT get alterations done here, you will regret it. I know I do. I did not get what I paid for. Worst...

My family and I took a trip to Buffalo to look for a prom dress for my sister. We were able to find one in this store and order a size. The manager Rachael measured my sister and ensured that the size based off of her measurements would be a perfect fit. We advised we needed the dress in a month to ensure we had time to complete alterations. The staff explained that they could rush the shipping for this to happen.
We then heard from the store a few weeks later who advised the dress had not come in. We waited another week and received a call saying the dress arrived .We advised we would be driving 2+ hours to pick up the dress and we were told to be the first clients there to have the dress alterations completed first.
We then travelled the 2+ hours and got to the store just before 10 (opening).
Rachael then could not find the dress and had us wait over an hour. While searching she continued to ask if we were sure that the dress had been shipped.
We then waited for the seamstress to come into the store. Then we were then told that the seamstress had other stuff to work on and we would not receive the dress until 7/8 pm.
Once they found the dress it my sister tried it did not fit. We then paid to have the dress altered and were told to come back later.
A few hours later I called the store and they advised that the dress is almost done to come back. We came back and waited for the alterations to be completed. Second time trying on the dress and the top was still very loose at the top. We advised that it needed to be fixed since we paid for alterations. Rachael then explained that the seamstress was leaving for the day and could not fix it. We explained that we drove very far and we were told that the dress would have been ready by 7. Therefore if we came at 7 the seamstress would have left and we'd be stuck with a dress that did not fit.
The seamstress then agreed to fix the dress and bent the seams of the straps ruining the top of the dress to make it seem like she altered it. Store manager Rachael and assistant manager Steven went into the back of the store (literally behind the curtain) and began talking about my family. You could clearly hear them since a curtain was separating us.
Long story short. They ordered the wrong size. Lost the dress for over an hour. Couldnt complete alterations (even though we paid) and were very rude/disrespectful.
We ended up coming back home and paying again to fix the seams on the straps and have it altered to my sister's size.
The dress definitely was not worth the hassle and poor service we received. I WOULD NEVER...
Read moreI caution you to NEVER buy from TT New York. While I was looking for a prom dress, I was persistent on finding a dress with sleeves. There were many lovely dresses in the GTA area, but all of them were strapless so I decided to try my luck in the US. After many long and strenuous hours of shopping, I fell in love with a dress in the store window of TT New York. I tried on the dress and unfortunately it fit a little too tightly and had a few minor defects in it. The annoyingly cheerful sales associate told me I could have the dress made by the designer in New York City for the absurd price of $500, but I was so in love with this dress that I could not resist. I ordered the dress on April 23rd and was told it would be ready by the middle of May. When the end of May approached and I still had not heard anything about my dress, I began to persistently call the store every day. A different person always answered and told me the dress would be ready the following week. Eventually I got agitated and last night I called the store and was somewhat feisty on the phone. I was told the dress had just come in and I was welcome to pick it up the next day (today). I went to the TT NY location in Boulevard Mall today and they gave me the "new" dress to try on - however in the changeroom I discovered that the dress was still too tight and had the EXACT SAME defects in it. I argued with a woman for an hour over the dress, and she told me that the store gave no cash refunds and that all they could do was add a shitty, different-coloured panel to the sides of the dress in order to make it bigger. I did NOT pay $500 for a half-assed dress. Furthermore, when I asked to speak to management, she told me that the store had no manager and told me all I could do was call a 1800 number and hope for the best. At this point I began to cry, and she offered me an exchange if I were to find a better dress within the store. I managed to find a decent dress that I am still marginally unhappy with. I left with my new ugly dress and I still plan to get alterations done to it, which will cost me even more. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. -written in...
