Live in Binghamton NY. First went to OSJL in Harwich MA while on vacation in Cape Cod years ago. The closest OSJL to where I live used to be Schnectady NY a 2.5 hour drive one-way. I would go a couple times a year. Then an OSJL came to Scranton PA during COVID a 1 hour drive one-way away from where I live. Finally, you came to my hometown last year!! My favorite items in your store are your food selections including Tony's Bakery Portuguese Sweet Bread, Boston's Best Coffee and your tea selections to name a few. Then there's your garden section, pet supplies and daily calendar planners. On top of everything I LOVE your CRAZY DEALS!!! They are the best! I bought a famous brand burr coffee grinder on your online site for the same price on Amazon at $39.00 and got in addition to the item a free $39.00 Crazy Deal gift card to spend in the store!! I noticed some folks on your reviews only judged your discounts in the tagged prices in your store. Well, look a little further at them Crazy Deals. Ollie's & Big Lots don't have them! Also, a couple months ago, I emailed your corporate offices to tell them to get your weekly ads up on the FLIPP APP and they listened and you're now there, too. Thank you for listening! I would like to start with a positive, pharmacy has the most considerate employees always helpful and efficient. A few clerks again wonderful people. The rest mainly management are simply horrible people, lie, question you like your a thief.for 3 months i have had a credit over 100.00$ dollars.they can’t figure out why it can’t be used. Different managers try the same thing over and over surprised it doesn’t work. They tell me it’s still there. They will figure it out and call me or use it next visit. Today I went to return a pair of pants for my husband, not sure if bought them online or in store, no problem it will be in your membership history! They can’t find it. Then the extremely rude clerk says “ your husband probably bought them and didn’t want to tell you. Final straw, not that this person knows me or my husband. I’m from a age where my husband hasn’t ever bought his own clothes and certainly wouldn’t sneak around and lie about a 13$ pants! By now your all thinking( Karen)! The store is always clean and well organized, and the staff was super friendly as always. This trip was early Christmas shopping for our adult kids and grandchildren out of state. Great price on high thread count percale sheet sets. My daughter in law asks for a new set every other year. Great price on slippers, ladies textured, fleece lined leggings. We are also updating our storage areas in our home and needed a firewood rack and log cart. Super great sale price this week. I love that they have all kinds of flavors of Danish jams, jellies, and preserved. The Danes use only fruit juice to sweeten, and artificial dyes are banned in most European countries. So we stock up every year on dark cherry, peach, raspberry, bosenberry, and black current. YUM!
