October on Onieda Lake NY is simply beautiful! Sylvan Beach is one of it's hidden gems! You can rent a cottage, house,hotel room or pitch a tent! There is an amusement park, as well as other attractions on it'sMain Street...A wide variety of quaint eating establishments and cute shops are available! I been going here every year and its a fantastic little vacation. Its a beautiful beach, the blue lagoon mini golf is the best, the amusement park needs more rides but its still fun, they have great restaurants and other attractions are close by like turning stone casino.
