This store was the Best Hobby Lobby I have ever been in. They greeted me as soon as I walked in. And the employees on the floor continued all through the store. I stopped the manager and told him Thank You for teaching the employees the correct way to work in retail. I explained to him how I worked for 9 years at a craft store and customer service was #1 for the employees. And how I also worked at a Hobby Lobby where it wasnt their #1 priority and I hated it and only worked there a short time. He said he also worked at one like that and that his store wont be like that. And that customer service is #1 in his. So people Christmas is coming and retail workers dont need all of our crankiness. I’ve visited this Hobby Lobby a few times now, and each experience has been fantastic. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful, offering a level of service that feels both warm and genuine—definitely the best kind of "redundant" service! The store itself is always organized and clean, and I love how the aisles are sorted by themes, making it super easy to find decor that matches my style.

Prices are very reasonable, especially when there are sales, which makes shopping here even better. While the store does carry art supplies, I do feel it leans more towards home decor rather than being a full-fledged craft store like Michaels.
