Visited 30 stores in the outlet this day, 3 employees were at the front when I walked in, I said “hi “ TWICE and not 1 worker could take the time to say hi. Every other store I went to made me feel welcome and said hi to me first, except this 1. This was my FIRST time ever going into a Marni store. 3 employees are at the register & only me and my husband are in the store. it takes 2 seconds to be kind and say hi.
