Michael Kors Outlet — Attraction in Town of Woodbury

Not sure what it is with the Michael kors employees, but I’ll never be shopping here again. I thought maybe the inattentiveness was solely something I would have experienced with their tanger outlets location, however after getting similar treatment at the Woodbury location I have no interest in coming back here again. Maybe it was the color of my skin that had the security guard only watching me like a hawk to where I had to say something to her but she followed me from the moment I walked into the location up until I left, and for the only African American worker to state we would only be in their location for 10 minutes was also appalling. And she tried to pretend we didn’t hear her commentary. I guess they don’t care when one person walks out because another would walk in. Not only did we have to say something to the first person who greeted us but also had to say something to the security guard as well. I visited this store on the 24/11/22 while on hoilday. I purchased 2 bags & a purse. New bags were given to me instead of bags on display. I checked the bags took them to the till i was sorting my money out didnt pay attention to whstcthe cashier was doing. Pais for bags it was not until that evening at the hotel i discovered i had been given the wrong bags completely different to what i thought i had brought. I rang the store very unhelpful. Unfortunately was not able to go back as 1.1/2 hrs away & stored closed for thanks giving. I am now left with 2 bags not very tasteful . Not pleased with the service i recieved...

The salesperson that helped me was very helpful and friendly. The manager however gives terrible service as soon as you ask her a question regarding the sales. All of the bags were scratched on the bottom and a lot of the bags were either dirty or scratched. According to the manager, none of the bags in the back had packaging either. If looking to find a bag as a gift, I would not recommend. It took a very long time to find bags that still looked pretty new and were in good shape with only a few scratches on the bottom metal part. The store itself is pretty clean and offers a pretty...
