Tracy Cannabis Collective — Attraction in Tracy

I’ve been here a handful of times and in the beginning gave them the benefit of the doubt for the long wait times and failure to keep the menu updated. It’s a pet peeve of mine to be shown a menu and then be told 3 of the items I ask for are actually not in stock. Do you guys not have your system updating and informing you when to cross out out of stock items on your menu? This seems like a no brainier to me. Why have a menu if it’s not up to date. You aren’t even doing deliveries….

Anyways…I understand you guys are new and probably working on lowering wait time for patients but what is unacceptable is to take back patients who have checked in after others. I arrived and checked in while a new patient was signing up. I was signed in before the gentlemen even completed his sign up. However, security told the gentlemen to go back before me. The front desk clerk even asked, did she not get checked in? As she seemed just as confused as to why I was not going in first. The security said, yes but that I was still waiting. Even the patient pointed at me, as in I was first.

I’d rather drive to Packs and spend $6 less on indoor tax included, or wait for the other dispensaries to open in town then give this place my money or time again.

Seems a little strange security is sitting there getting involved with the front desk duties anyways. It may be more conducive though to have the security have a task of her own seeing as though she can’t keep track of...
