Stunned by my horrible experience here today. My husband and I stopped in a week ago and wanted to buy a grandfather clock for sale here. The saleslady couldn't find the weights for it so I left my name and number and asked her to have mgmt call me if they find the weights. Bev's daughter Heather called 6 days later and said she found the weights. I asked if it worked and she said yes it has been certified by a clock expert. I made an appt to see the clock for 3pm the next day just to see it running in person and hear the chime it makes to make sure I like it before I dropped a few grand on it. We get there and not only does no one know how to work the clock Heather berated my husband and I for not knowing how to run HER clock and we should be ashamed of ourselves for requesting an appt on HER day off.    Read moreI love this store! Some of the other antique stores have closed in Troutdale, but this one remains. They have a lot of glassware and antique teacups and saucers, which I love. They also have some gorgeous furniture. Mrs. Frank is truly a gem. They've been closed due to the pandemic, and I can't wait for it to reopen as it's one of my favorites...
