I've been coming here for a couple years and even had some lovely experiences, but I was just here last week to sell some hardware and had an unlucky, awful, unprofessional experience.
I brought a box of hardware including two keyboards, a Logitech gaming mouse, some Switch controllers, a fight stick, some bluetooth controllers, and some empty Super Mario Odyssey boxes that I figured they'd get more use out of than I would. I also brought a set of studio monitor speakers, but they weren't buying those, so I brought it back to my car, no problem. 30 minutes went by and after waiting around, I left and asked for them to text or call with an update.
I didn't get a call back after three days. On the second day I left a voicemail after trying to call a handful of times to having nobody pick up. Getting anxious, I finally showed up to see what was up after the third day. When I got there, some of my stuff was sitting on a shelf, which means it was probably ready but I never got a call about it. After I was addressed I asked about it and showed my selling receipt. The buy order for my things was messed up - it had items I didn't bring on it, and after looking at the pile of my stuff, I noticed they lost the Logitech mouse I brought in to sell. It's not like I was going to make a lot of money on it, maybe none at all since it wasn't on the buy list, but to buy a new one for myself would still set me back $60.
After asking to fix the buy order and about the missing mouse, they said they'd review footage that day to see what happened, and worked with me for about 30 minutes at the end of the day. That was a week ago and I haven't heard anything back since. No updates, not even a "sorry we didn't find anything". Maybe they've given up, like they expect me to just buy a new one or forget and forgive or something.
I don't know if it's a fluke, or a bad day, or what, but I felt small and unheard when I was working with them, and I felt disrespected. The attitude toward me felt like I was asking for something that was beneath them. I get that it's not something fancier, the item was just a G502 mouse. But still, if you are trusting someone to take care of your items, especially with potential to buy them from you, I'd expect there to be a level of care and compassion that I just didn't feel. So, if you're looking for a place to trust with your buys, I'd try anywhere else. I've given up on getting my mouse back, and if someone has it... I hope you get some good use out of it.
That said, if you're not dealing with selling things, they've got good prices. Idk. Feels weird to recommend it though so I'm just going to say, buyer and...
Read moreI had one of the oddest experiences shopping here.
I absolutely recommend this store.
The selection, atmosphere, layout, friendliness, prices etc are fantastic. Much better selection then other places such as gamestop.
What stuck out to me, is I stood in front of the counter for around 5-10 minutes waiting to be helped with buying something on the wall, with zero acknowledgement of any kind, and out of five employees, one or two of them were working, and others were making small talk, the entire time. I could've said something right away to get their attention, but I was so dumbfounded/confused that it was literally as if I wasn't there, and for such a growingly extended period of time, that at a certain point I decided to continue to wait, out of sheer curiousity/amazement. The wait was only broken because I had to basically say "uh, hey, I want to buy please", and was immediately helped because nothing else was going on.
I call it an oddity because It felt like a glitch in the matrix, and I can't stress this enough. It was as if their policy was to avoid customers at the counter. The fact that not one time, for the entire 5-10 minutes, I was able to receive eye contact back from a single employee almost haunts me. I've thought about this moment, because of how perplexing it was, enough times to finally write this review months later, after repeatedly popping up in my head, as a sort of closure. I have a feeling I'll randomly remember it for the rest of my life, because, frankly, I've never been in a situation that felt so much like some sort of real life AI programming error before, a break in the simulation.
Apparently I'm not the only person this has happened to.
I have come back after this incident and will continue to do so because everything else is fantastic. Thank you for the moment I will never, ever forget, but I feel as if this probably isn't your intended way to operate things/interact with customers.
5 stars...

Sold them Their most Valuable Yu-Gi-Oh Cards the store has to offer. 2 Original God Cards another God Card Reprint they laughed at but now are trying to get 14$ for. All the Crystal Dragons and Green Spell and Purple Trap Cards in their collection were mine. Dude today hope he’s the owner because that’s be hilarious. Ruined a good relationship of buyer/seller my Father and I were working out with the store. Will say one day they “ Only Buy 15 “ but I have receipts where more than 15 were bought. Only when it’s convenient for them. Was with my girlfriend at the time so had to keep my composure but the whole “ Best Price buy back “ thing they portray yeah, no. Sell your own item find it’s true value not using eBay for God sakes. Use an actual Card site. Like Sports Card Sellers like myself do. Thought they were different than your typical pawnshop but just the same gutters they are as well. Btw my guy I brought in the super conductor tyranno previously and was given it back because I was told it “ Had no Value “ then you got the audacity to offer me 2$ today. Yeah nice one. Sold the same stack of cards to a shop your probably familiar with a few miles down the road for 30$ haha 😂. Also find no coincidence this was the last place my ID and Credit Card were used before my Card was “Compromised”. Be careful where and who you buy from. And know the true value of your item, even...
