Go to another location or just skip Chipotle all together!!! My husband and I used to frequent this location quite often, but gave it a break for awhile. Upon our return a month or so ago, yesterday 4-2-25, and now reading reviews, NEVER and I mean NEVER AGAIN! The last time my husband went to go get us bowls, they were out of the peppers and onions, but wasn't told that, until that point in line. And the amount of sour cream put on one of the bowls, was absurd, it was nearly inedible. We got over it, and gave them another shot last night, and what a mistake. My husband ordered 2 bowls, and again gets through the line to be told they are out of corn salsa, he calls to tell me since it was my bowl and to see if I wanted any other salsa, I whatever it. He proceeds to get home and was not happy walking through the door, as he told me how irritated he was, and he should have walked out and went to Real Taco!!! I asked what happened, and he said they were out of cheese!! The girl went to the back to get more and came back saying they were out. I asked him if they compensated for it at all or gave him a pop or something. He said no, and he has too good of heart to have walked out at that point. We sit down to eat and the chicken was so over seasoned, salty and again, nearly inedible. The brown rice was mixed with what seemed like undercooked hard rice, at first I thought it was a chicken bone and I kept getting more. Also mind you this was like 8:30ish pm and they are open until 11 pm, so to be out of corn salsa, whatever, but cheese! And they didn't even know, with 2.5 hours left of open business. Very sad for the lack of customer care, business care and communication. With already being a limited menu, which there is nothing wrong with, and who doesn't love Chipotle, but let people know what you're out of ahead of time!! A chalkboard at the door that's easy to update, something? Serious question, what kind of Standard Operating Procedures are used?! How did they not know they were out cheese before that point, and the portion sizes of everything were completely different our last 2 encounters. No wonder they are constantly out of something. After reading other reviews, I see others with the same exact issues. It seems to be a reoccurring thing for this location. So maybe, instead of compensation and handing out BOGO coupons, you get new management and employees in that location with S.O.P's....

No one’s hair is pulled back. Free falling hair is just over top of the food being prepared. Men with long beards don’t have to wear a hair net. Now for the ridiculous story from today — I ordered a veggie bowl today through the app. It was supposed to be ready at 3:30. I go in and, after discovering a few weeks ago they don’t use the shelf (yay for cold food then), I immediately go up to the counter. They take my name and tell me I’m 3 orders away. I watched the lady behind the counter serve 5 customers by the time the guy making to-go orders got to mine. My food was ready 15 minutes late. The staffed checked in with me multiple times asking for my name. I finally get my order, take it home, and open it up to see no lettuce and no fajita veggies. I ordered a VEGGIE bowl. I call, struggle to get through the automation, and finally get to a person. I was told they don’t have fajita veggies because they’re too short-staffed to cut them. I’m immediately fired up and the staff puts me on to Sam, who I’m assuming was a manager. She never clarified her position. Sam then told me they’re too busy with their $8,000 days to have someone prep and cut vegetables. I then ask for a refund because my meal was literally rice and beans and she said she couldn’t give me one. I’d have to call a number. Fair enough. I can deal with corporate policies. Then I ask why, when I was there for 15 minutes and told the workers my name multiple times, they didn’t tell me they were missing 90% of my order. She didn’t have an answer other than they were too short staffed. I also asked for corporate’s number to chat with them about this experience and Sam straight up refused. The overall experience was just mind blowing to...
Read moreI have been eating at this Chipotle for 2 1/2 years and have decided to move on to another chipotle that is another 2 miles down the road. I won't waste time with the PROS you all know what you can get if a Chipotle store is on there "A" game. So, with that said this store is a "C" game at best. CONS... (lunch experience only) 1.) Fajita veggies you will not get 95% of the time they don't even bother to cook it, it seems. If you love your veggies forget this place at lunch time. 2.) Duration to get food is very long, they frequently have one person making the food at lunch rush hour and you look over to the Online order area and it has 2 people meanwhile the line is out the door. 3.) debit card reader is always having problems reading and they have to rub the machine talk sweat to it and maybe it will work. I did receive a free lunch onetime as I didn't have cash on me and the machine wasn't accepting my card (note: I don't have problem with my card anywhere else). 4.) unorganized as there are people running around back trying to keep up with servers who are already short one person. 5.) Clean table is hard to find as they don't come wipe things down although it may seem lately, they are working on it.
Additionally: 6/5/25 I find out they prioritize Fajita veggies for online but your In the store order they don’t have any for you. I am not sure if the owner knows that their manager is deliberately not stocking the veggies on the line for in store orders but It seems like a good cost save for the store as these are free item traditionally on the meal and I am guessing only guessing they are expensive to purchase cut and cook. Buisness...
