On May 14th, I visited this location to place a food order. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the fries I had paid for were missing. I returned to the drive-thru to have the issue corrected.
At the window, I was met by a white female employee dressed in black. Her demeanor was immediately hostile and dismissive. Rather than listening to my concern, she responded with an unnecessarily rude attitude, interrupting me and failing to acknowledge the mistake with my order. I also mentioned that the onion rings I received were undercooked and soggy, and I requested a replacement.
Instead of working toward a resolution, the employee became argumentative. At no point did she attempt to provide customer service consistent with the standards of a professional food establishment. Her conduct was not only unprofessional but confrontational, which escalated the situation unnecessarily.
What’s more concerning is that I was made to feel that my race may have played a role in the way I was treated. While I cannot definitively say her behavior was racially motivated, the dismissiveness and lack of respect I received left me feeling singled out and disrespected as a Black customer.
Ultimately, the issue with my missing food was never resolved, and the employee chose to walk away rather than assist me. The lack of accountability, courtesy, and problem-solving from staff was extremely disappointing.
Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and I would advise a serious review of staff training, especially regarding conflict resolution and diversity sensitivity. No customer should be treated with...
Read moreI came through the drive through around 5:30ish PM on 6/25/25 the lady at the speaker EXTREMELY RUDE soon as I pulled up. I told her my pickup code and honestly it sounded like she was on drugs and she kept slurring her words where I couldn't understand her. She told me to wait then she told me she doesn't see the order then proceed to tell me to wait again I waited a few minutes at the window, then I told her I wanted to use my reward I had and she yelled hold on I'm at the second window yelling at me. So I ended up not getting my reward I wanted to order and she kept saying it's not working!! So I just discard my reward because of rude she was!! I proceeded to pull forward to the first window and it's the lady that was on the speaker I sat there waiting for my receipt and she didn't open the window to me or anything she looked and ignored me, I pulled up to the second window and was handed my food my mobile order. I told the other person in that window that the lady was very rude and the guy just told me what you want ketchup? What kind of customer service is this!! I spent my hard worked money and was excited to get some dinner but the customer service TERRIBLE!!! and top it off I get my food is nasty cold and the fries were so skimpy!! Not filled up halfway and I ordered 2 medium fries to where it looked like a small fry!! Definitely needs new team members or training on customer service...
Read moreOverall the food was good, however, you are not allowed to use the bathrooms unless you buy something first and they buzz the bathroom door for you. I’m sorry but I don’t want to carry my food and drink into the restroom. It was embarrassing to have to announce that I had to use the restroom and the employee was very rude about it. She stated you can’t use our bathroom unless you order and pay first. We placed our order and paid, we asked again to use the restroom and she again refused to buzz open the door until our food was done. I understand businesses don’t have to allow the public to use their restroom if they are not a paying customer, but to actually enforce that in a business is not a business I choose to support. If you can’t allow your bathrooms to be publicly used without someone being obligated to buy something first then I would rather take my business elsewhere that supports public bathrooms for paying and non paying customers. I’m a mother that has had to stop to use a restroom because my child has had to go to the bathroom and at this Burger King I have to buy something before you will unlock the door?? So kids will have accidents because they don’t have access to a bathroom?? Sorry, not a business I would like to support. That is not customer service at all and it’s embarrassing to have to go to the counter to have an employee buzz you into...
