Paris Banh Mi & Bakery New. Clean. Good service. Large place. Vietnamese sandwich. Bubble tea drinks. There are a lot of Vietnamese restaurants around this area. Lots of competition. I had the grilled pork and my wife had the pork rolls. Both were excellent. The item that sets this place apart is the sauce. No one has any sauce. This place is the first place that has the “Hot mayonnaise” sauce which I’m accustomed to and highly recommend. I normally buy any sandwich and put my own “hot mayonnaise” on at home. This place is doing it right. I can actually buy the sandwich and eat it without going home. FYI, my wife makes these at home, so I know how it should taste. Not bad. No issues. Meat was good. Not fake meat. I hate fake meat. Sorry for making a mess. I will keep an eye on this place. To the owner: I normally start all my reviews with 3 stars. After I’m done eating and thinking, I add or subtract a star. Not bad. You got 4 stars. Very impressive. Highly recommended

10/10 food and service. I think this place just opened yesterday, it’s not even showing up on Apple Maps yet. When we got there, the atmosphere was very lively and there was a long line but it went by super quickly. Owner was very nice and customer oriented. One thing to note is they have a cash price and credit card price. Credit card price is 3.5% surcharge. We got the special (#1) and pork (#2) bahn mi. Both were very good and hit the spot. One thing about the bread (preference thing) is that it’s on the crispier/harder side versus softer. It’s like a longer/thinner bahn mi instead of what I’m normally used to but either way, everything was still really tasty. I did see they had croissant bahn mis so maybe I’ll try that next time! I would definitely come back here. Other than bahn mi, they had boba tea, burgers and Korean hot dogs!

Glad this finally opened! there hasn't been a successful banh mi place here & I think this one will be the first. I've had a few of their banh mi so far & each one is good. The classic (B1) is my favorite & I keep going back to it. They use a baguette bread instead of the regular banh mi bread we know and love. Hit miss on that for each person. They make it fresh there, so that's awesome. I like that they have options for croissant and burger, only difference is the bread. They also sell Boba & corn dogs. Definitely different, but it's all in one stop for dinner. There's also dessert & packaged baked goods available for sale. I think the only thing missing is selling their pate on the side so I can get extra pate in my banh mi.

Paris Banh Mi is absolutely amazing! The moment you step in, you're greeted with such warmth and friendliness. The staff really knows their stuff and they're quick to offer their favorites if you're indecisive. Plus, they're always around to make sure you have everything you need.

The banh mi here is a game-changer, seriously. The bread is always fresh, with that perfect crunch outside and softness inside. And the fillings? So fresh, so flavorful, and they've got a great variety, from the traditional to the innovative.

Don't even get me started on their pho – it's like comfort in a bowl. The broth is so rich, you can tell it's been simmered for hours. And the toppings? Fresh, vibrant, and plentiful. And if you've got room for coffee after, their Vietnamese coffee is strong, sweet, and just the right kind of pick-me-up.

I can't recommend Paris Banh Mi enough. It's a solid 5-star experience every single time – for the food, the service, and the atmosphere. It's the kind of place you'll keep coming back...
