We went on the last day of the season. It was hot and sunny out. The staff seemed like they were doing their best and area was decently clean. It was the patrons not taking items to the garbage can and just throwing it to the ground. It would be great if there was more staffing to help attend to matter like that like cleaning. The bouncer was fairly clean. Maybe 6/10 for cleanliness. The music was a bit too loud near the waiting areas. I would have rather smaller speakers spa ed apart than 2-4 over sized speakers blasting. What mattered most was the opinion of the kids. They gave it a "4 out of 10. It was too hot to the touch. It did not offer enough variety to stay interested. Not enough staffing to keep the older kids away from being rough near the small kids." Did I find it a horrible experience? No. It was just ok and you could find more variety for cheaper at a local indoor Bounce House location. It just was not worth the price.
Speaking of which: there was a VIP package and a standard package. I purchased the VIP and saw no difference from the standard even though the price was double. I still had to purchase socks and snow cones and the line was shared by all; so, no fast pass or extra time. So, what...
Read moreIt is really fun to visit the place and really engaging to the kids. As well it brought the kid out of me and my wife, loved jumping and falling like kids and there is no tomorrow.
2 things that disappointed us while our visit which made me to give 4* instead of 5*.
Location instructions were not given, we have parked at a different location and had to find a security and get instructions from them. We had to walk for almost 20 mins to find the exact location. Walking with kids is really challenging within the mall, as well the total time slot is 1:30 hrs, in which we already lost 20-30mins of time.
Inside it was not clean, it looked like the drink stains and other stains were there for very long time. We are not expecting the play area should be like a new and crystal clear, since lots of kids playing they shouldn't allow drinks and other stuff inside, as well I understand it is really hard to clean inside of play area, being that big is quite challenging. But being a parent for a kid, we look for good hygiene places to take our kid at least to keep him safe from spread of diseases.
If above 2 are addressed properly, that would be really appreciated and it will be helpful for the...
Read moreI saw adults in the ads for this place, so we went. I am sure if you have kids, this is great for them. If we had kids it would probably get 5 stars. While they do want adults to be with the children, it is more for observation, I think, than actual grown-up enjoyment. Everything is very much made for exclusively children and will not support your weight, other than the obstacle course. If you try to go fast and actually race one the obstacle course, you will learn you are much less in-shape than you think you are. My one actual complaint is there was a random child on my side of the obstacle course who told me to "get off of her side". The attendant noticed her (I heard him say, with no context or warning to me, "what is she still doing in there?") but didn't actually do anything about removing her. A few kids after I went also mentioned her being in there. That could have been a mess if she got in the way of a bigger kid who was actually racing. I understand why they attendant didn't physically remove the child, but I thought they would at least make an announcement or talk to the kid...
