Eli's Jewelry — Attraction in Troy

I visited Eli's Jewelry in October 2023. I wanted a torch lighter that I purchased as a gift, engraved. I visited several jewelry stores and engraving business and was told, "No." I was told it was too small, too delicate, etc. I almost gave up, and I'm so glad I did not!! From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted, and I felt a warmth from the personable and friendly staff. I expressed what I needed, presented the torch, and without hesitation, I received in response, "Of course we can do that!" I chose my font, and off it went to the back for engraving. Within a matter of minutes, it was done! The engraving was beautifully and skillfully done. I was very pleased.

As I waited, I browsed through the store. My eyes danced as I looked at so many beautiful jewelry pieces. The selection is vast and will make it hard to choose. Moreover, the prices are very reasonable and the quality is outstanding. I purchased a gold pair of earrings and a diamond ring. My experience was overall outstanding!!!! UPDATE: It took a couple of revisions but I am happy now that I have my ring back with the corrections that were made . I could cry right now 😔I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I would not buy any jewlery from this establishment especially an engagement ring. My fiancée has worked very hard; many overtime shifts ( if you know you know) to pay for our dream ring we designed together only to have it set incorrectly twice. The lack of care, concern and professionalism we received when sharing with the owner our dissatisfaction is something I was not prepared for! He thought it a good time to "joke". On top of that when we asked where the ring was being outsourced to be set, we were told Greenfield Plaza. That was it for me!! Engagements are not about the ring; but unfortunately we have to start over to find a ring we love and an owner that is committed to ensuring quality. We would not recommend this business and we will share our feelings with our coworkers, family, and friends. Our patience is gone and our concerns are not being taken seriously. A refunded...

I’m so glad I found this place! Such a great establishment! Diamonds truly are a girls best friend. Honestly, I couldn’t believe all the incredible pieces they had in there! Everything from engagement rings, wedding bands, every type of necklace and bracelet you could imagine, watches, sunglasses, name brands…Eli’s Jewelry has it all. It’s so clean and elegant in there too. Super classy spot! My main issue is that I can get pretty specific when it comes to gold I wear and the employee there assisted me in customizing a piece! They gave me an estimated time of completion and finished it sooner than expected! Couldn’t believe how timely they are. Everyone there is so friendly, diligent, and knowledgeable.
