Don't stay here - just do yourself a favour and book elsewhere. Even if it's cheap, know that there's a reason it's priced that way. We paid with points, and I still think I overpaid this place was so bad.
We booked this room spontaneously after deciding we didn't want to drive back to Canada that night. We checked in around midnight, and despite there being nobody else around to assist - the front desk agent couldn't even be bothered to tell us where the elevator or our room was located. When we called down shortly after getting to our room, first the calls were seemingly ignored - when she did finally answer, she gave me a very short response before literally hanging up on me. Unfortunately, she only half-answered the question, and caused us to have to make 2 trips down to the front desk for nothing.
Service aside, this room was gross. It was outdated, dirty and smelled so musty we had to keep the A/C on full-blast to keep the stench at bay. The bathroom sink had dried toothpaste in it, and there was someone else's hair in the shower. The bedding did not look as though it had been changed. I did not want to stay but given that we weren't in any shape to drive, we stayed until early the next morning. Neither of us left feeling well-rested or refreshed, this was an absolute waste of points and a night's sleep.
I'd be embarrassed to be affiliated with this hotel, it was probably the worst hotel experience...
Read moreI recently stayed at your property and was disappointed by the condition of my room and the overall experience, which fell far below the standards I expect from a Hilton hotel.
Firstly, the room assigned to me was located far from the elevator, which was inconvenient and felt intentional. I couldn't help but feel that I may have been profiled when being assigned this room. The door appeared to have been previously kicked in and, although repaired, still showed signs of damage.
The room amenities were also unacceptable. All the liquid toiletries in the bathroom were either completely empty or nearly so. The coffee and sugar packets provided were already open and had not been replaced, which is both unsanitary and unprofessional. Additionally, the curtain closest to the window was torn, contributing to the overall neglected appearance of the room.
One of the elevators was out of service during my stay, creating further inconvenience. The gym was also lacking basic hygiene supplies—there were no disinfectant sheets or cleaning liquids available, which is a serious concern for guest health and safety.
I chose Hilton for its reputation for quality and service, and this experience did not meet those expectations. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure that future guests do not encounter the...
Read moreThe room was really good and the stay was actually nice until the last day. When I arrive back at the hotel, Saturday evening, I ask a lady at the front desk would I be able to have a late check out at 12 o’clock? She stated that they normally don’t do a late check out but because it was an hour it shouldn’t be a problem fast forward to the next morning I was awoken by lady banging on the door I open the door and she said check out. I stated to her the lady at the counter last night told me I was able to check out at midnight. She’s very rude and say well they don’t know downstairs, so you need to call . I called the front Desk as I was trying to attempt to talk to a young lady. She was having side conversations with other guest. I stated to her a talk to a lady last night and she said I would have until noon to check out. She stated we don’t have a late check out unless you were diamond member and stated she needed to get off the phone she had a line . I don’t know the policy because I don’t work at the establishment. That why I ask the lady at the front desk the night before . Is it the guest fault because of the lack of communication between the staff . I just felt like I should have been giving a little but more respect . I may not be a Diamond member but I did spend my money...
