I normally don't leave a review for Starbucks unless it falls into one of these categories; it's not a normal one I go to, it was really awful, or it was a memorable experience. This one was a memorable experience. The lady in the drive through in front of me ordered 8 drinks and a few items. It is a free country, but there is drive through educate. I was a little peeved because it was cutting into my commute. I told the very nice drive through lady that I was annoyed that she ordered so many drinks. Fast forward 10 min, I get to the window, and she hands me my drink and says "go, go, go, we love you". I really though how nice it was of her to consider the time I hadn't planned for. I was really impressed and appreciated her consideration. I'm sure we are very different people in many ways but the way she acted should be a normal part of humanity. She is an example to all the other Starbucks out there. Sorry I didnt get your name because it was so quick. It was at about 8:20 AM on 12/19/2020 that she was working the window.
P.S. The person who could care less about anyone else and ordered 12 items in the drive through, please walk...
Read moreDouble the price, double the headache. I’ve been getting the SAME exact drink for 2 years now at every Starbucks at different states, different areas, and even different countries. It has never failed to be the same charge for every Starbucks which would be 3.45$ EXCEPT for this Starbucks which was 6.41$. This Starbucks decided to charge me DOUBLE the price of what I pay. I even told the guy at the register that he entered it wrong and that he is not charging me right but he insisted that that’s the ONLY way it could be rung up. It’s just funny that every Starbucks has been capable of charging me for exactly what I order which is an espresso except for this Starbucks because they apparently HAD to charge me for a latte and then add up espresso and unnecessary extra charges. Thank God for customer service because they refunded me what I wasn’t supposed to be paying for. NEVER again will I go there. Wasn’t even worth it, I wish they even made it right after all the trouble I went through. 6.41$ for a SHORT ( not even tall) cup of NOT even the right cup of coffee....
Read moreMy sister tried ordering a drink and they didn't have it, then she tried ordering another and they didn't have it. I was afraid they wouldn't have the third thing she was going to order but they did. However, they were very apologetic and my sister was patient with them because we both understand how hard customer service jobs are. One of the employees felt so bad for not getting my sister the drinks she originally wanted, so she personally apologized and gave us two free cake pops and wrote an apology note. She even said that she appreciated how patient and understanding my sister was. That was so sweet of her and we've never received such sincere and nice service from a Starbucks before. This should be a lesson for everyone that as the customer, being patient and understanding with the employees can end up being more beneficial to you rather than getting angry or upset. We will definitely be going back to that Starbucks. However, I would like to add that my drink did have a LOT...
