Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Troy

Their cheesesteaks are just ok, but not that great, I have had better cheesesteaks.

Charleys does not offer small plates unless you count ordering french fries alone.

Charleys does offer plain, cheese, cheese and bacon, loaded, and nacho deluxe french fries.

Charleys has fruit lemonades, water, and carbonated beverages (soda, or pop, or cokes) for drinks.

Alcohol is not served at this establishment.

If you visit on a slow day the service is fast and efficient.

The parking is free, there is wheelchair accessible parking available. Charleys does not have their own exclusive parking lot.

Food is good however why you guys don't do the reward app scan barcode? I have an app for Charlys but was there today and told them I have a barcode to earn points for my rewards in the app - the girl rudely said to me oh we don't have any barcode. So how am I supposed earn my points if you guys don't have a scanner for the rewards and there's no way on the app I can submit the recipt to earn points. I feel like contacting the corporate HQ about this problem. Not happy about...

I’m currently in line and I’ve been waiting in line for more than 15 minutes and I haven’t even made it to the register. About 10 minutes ago the cashier stopped tending to the customers and started making lemonade and filling the lemonade up in front of us.
