The new Reynoldburg library is absolutely stunning! I'd like to share my review, focusing on the fantastic kids area. It's truly a gem, with various play zones and tables where children can engage in crafts and activities. The selection of kids' books is superb, offering a diverse range of options to cater to every young reader's interests. Additionally, the library hosts engaging story time sessions for babies, toddlers, and children of all ages – just inquire with the friendly staff to find the perfect session for your little ones. And let me tell you, my children absolutely adore watching the aquarium there!
I highly recommend visiting and spending quality time with your little ones at this wonderful library. However, I did notice a minor issue during my visit – two older girls, perhaps around 12 years old, were using the computers and eating simultaneously, which made it difficult for younger kids to access them. While it's fantastic to see older children engaging with the library's resources, it might be helpful if they utilize their designated space to ensure everyone, regardless of age, can enjoy the library's amenities equally.
Despite this small hiccup, the library is an overall delightful, clean, and enjoyable space for families. The staff is welcoming, the atmosphere is inviting, and there's plenty of fun to be had for children of all ages. Whether you're browsing the bookshelves, participating in a story time session, or simply marveling at the beautiful surroundings, a visit to the Reynoldburg library is sure to be a must go...
Read moreI have been going to this library for many years. Today I went with my 15 year old. We went into the teen room so she could look at the books. We didn't know that I could not be in the teen room. I have younger children and regularly sit with them in the kids area so I thought it was the same vibe. Apparently not and that is ok. Instead of someone telling me when I walked in, the staff that was there ARGUED about who was going to tell me! I had no idea who they were talking about until a bald headed old man asked me if I was between the age of 12-17. It's very clear that i'm a grown woman. I said no and he told me I couldn't be in there. I said ok and I left. What blows my mind is the fact that these people were talking about me, laughing for at least 10 minutes and arguing about who would talk to me. Like I was some type of zoo animal. That behavior was rude and uncouth! Learn how to treat library patrons with some respect. Other than the nonsense that occured today this library...
Read moreCame into the library to use their computer and printers. Had some important documents to do online and print out. It was hard to focus while doing these documents online. Because mostly everyone at the computer station was having several conversations about everything and being loud. The lady at the desk never said a word. I had to physically ask her to tell them to stop talking, because was out of hand and went on for 45 minutes. She asked to stop talking, shorty afterwards...they went back to talking again. I thought libraries was post to be a quiet place to study, focus and get work done. NOT A...
