We don't typically do big, expensive parties for our kids. However, going to a trampoline park was the only thing on my oldest's gift list, and we wanted to surprise her. We've been invited to a few other birthday parties at trampoline parks over the past year of school friends. I'm going to not be shy in saying, Urban Air was the best experience yet for us. It was our first time there and we did have a few hiccups... the VR and Skyrider were down for the first 30 minutes of the party. The manager said they were working on it. It wasn't a huge deal because half the party stayed for nearly the whole day! That was a huge perk - that you could stay as long as you wanted, not just the 2 hours of the party. We decided to do a party table instead of a paying extra for a party room. The table was great - right under the high ropes course and with a good view of the skyrider. They had 6 or 8 big party tables and only maybe 5 parties throughout the whole time. We stayed at our party table the whole time we were there, but I wouldn't expect that to happen if it was super busy. Every worker was very friendly and very helpful. Some quieter than others which was hard hearing with the noise, but no rudeness. KaShaun was our host and he checked in regularly at our table or when he saw us elsewhere in the park. My kids got into clapping for whenever they announced another birthday party which I thought was cute. Everything looked clean. The ball pit had pearly white balls, and honestly, I expect dust in the corners, but I really didn't notice any. We went at noon on a Sunday and it was not busy at all. It did get busy around 3 and again closer to 630. The kids really liked the VR and Skyrider the best, but I think it was just novel for them. Probably did the skyrider 15+times and VR 8-9 times, there was hardly a line the whole day - maybe had to wait for 1 group but, rarely a second. The pizza was thick, and almost like ciabatta base. It was good, better than majority of pizza from other activity places. Larger than I thought and they cut them in squares so they went pretty far. The icees were reasonably priced, I think $4.50 or so for a large which was probably double the size of Big Air's slushy, plus we got some 50%off coupons with the party. They have a white cherry freeze which was what my kids got. We don't necessarily restrict dyes in our house, but it was nice that they had options for those who do. Good job Urban Air crew, you made a very happy...
Read moreMy friend and I signed our daughter's up for the Platinum Membership a few months ago and we have certainly gotten our money's worth! Last week I took our daughters (both 7 y/o) to play, and even though they have been there plenty of times, they were looking forward to exploring and trying new things that they'd previously been afraid to try like rock climbing. They had been going every Wednesday for a few months, but recently hadn't been since Winter Break. The guy at the counter checking us in, Landon was awesome! He immediately recognized us and greeted us with a huge smile! He asked where'd we'd been and said it was strange to go so long without seeing us. As he was pulling up our reservation another little kid curiously walked behind the counter. I don't remember what exactly Landon said, but he was still super friendly yet firm in letting the kid know he wasn't allowed there, and I was thoroughly impressed because most people would have been frustrated with the kid and/or impatient with the parent who watched it happen, but didn't intervene. He was completely professional! A little while later, I went back up to the front to ask about redeeming an Icee that had been purchased on the other membership, and another guy named Brady I believe was up there. He was super helpful and patient with me, as I fumbled over my words trying to explain it wasn't my membership, but my friend's who's daughter was with me. Ultimately, he helped sort everything out as if it were a piece of cake! I was very grateful! There were lots of team members there that night who seemed to be friendly and hospitable and I wish I'd gotten there names as well. The manager's name was something like Stephanie or Michelle, forgive me if I'm way off, but she was going around and checking in with people to see how they were and if they needed anything. I witnessed another employee doing an awesome job serving a party table and their long list of requests, including asking for napkins, although there were some available on the table. She just smiled and made sure they were taken care of, and didn't seem to mind at all! The entire crew that was there the evening of Thursday 3/3/22, deserves a shoutout! Special thank you's for Landon and Brady, because they helped me individually! Our girls love going, and it's an awesome alternative now that its too cold to go play outside at the park for them to...
Read moreI received a link to tell my experience at Urban Air on Sunday, 2/23/2020, it is saying the link is no longer available or some problem. I decided to let you know my experience, because it was not a good one. Well, my family and I went to Urban Air to have some fun. We enjoyed ourselves. I paid for my son the platinum attractions pass, which was $29.99 so that he could do the virtual reality. Before we left we stopped at the virtual reality and the guy said that he had restarted it and it could take a long time. I asked how long and he said maybe 15-20 minutes or longer, so we started out the door. This was a bummer. My son realized that he had dropped his phone. We went to the car and my fiancé came back in to look for the phone. He said that he looked around and did not find it. He asked the staff if anyone turned in a phone. They said yes what kind. He told them a Samsung galaxy and they said no. So, I came back in to look and all these people are now playing the virtual reality game and it hasn’t even been 5 minutes but we were told it could take so lonnggg to start up. But on my way out the door again I asked your staff if anyone turned in a phone and they hesitantly and nervously said no. I said okay thank you and left. I truly do think that someone turned in my son’s phone and by the reactions of your staff I think they kept it. First they told my fiancé that someone turned in a phone then they told me no one did and they were all huddled at the front counter laughing and looking at something and looked like a deer caught in the headlights. This happened within like a few minutes so their answers shouldn’t have changed. We had a good time up until that point, but we most likely will not be back due to your untruthful employees. I didn’t know my son had bought his phone in otherwise I would have held on to it for him, but he thought it would be okay. And I could see if a random person picked it up but I really do feel from my experience that it was your staff My son was really hurt and sad that he lost his phone. It was brand new and his dad bought it for him. I’m not going to get to deep into my personal business but his father buying him that phone meant a lot to him. And I wish you the best with your business...
