I don't know who wants the kiosk used the people working there or corporate but if i'm paying with cash and there's no way to pay @ said machine , then you would assume that an old-fashioned face to face order placement would do. Not ever one wants to use kiosk. I placed my 1st order with a person @ register. No issues. However i had forgotten something so i ask when my order was ready that i needed to order something else. This is where the problem starts young lady told me that i needed to use the kiosk . I ask if she just couldn't take my order. Again i was told to use kiosk. Now mind you that there wasn't any one in the restaurant but me. I reluctantly used kiosk to place order and selected to pay @ register. No receipt to give to person so i guess it didn't go through so the young man had to retake my order and money. So i ask you why i couldn't just place the order @ the register in the first place or make it so that the machine takes money. And for the amount of money i paid for the food i got i could have went to a nice steak house. Feed up with bad service all the way around. And people wonder why we don't want to pay $15 or more an hour for is to place or check...

The cashier did a good job, the person who cooked the prepared and packed it (found out later that apparently she was the manager), and she argued with us about how many things were in the bag, swearing she remembered making and packing all 7 and proceeded to tell us that we needed to go pull forward and go through all the wrappers and find out what we were missing. I called back when we got home to speak to the General Manager who "wasn't in and she didn't know when he would be" and she said she was the Manager and was simply not allowed to take the food back through the window, even though the cashier just handed it to us and all we did was look in the bag to count... we've had too many issues with that and they're NEVER right on Doordash. After about 10 minutes of holding up the line, she finally made the one thing that was missing. It was ridiculous. In addition, their food is getting more expensive and the portions are getting much smaller. These would not even feed toddlers. We will never go back. There are other Taco...
Read moreThe first time we went to this taco bell was at 10:40 pm. The hours stated they were open till 11pm. We waited about 8 min and then drove around to the window to ask why they didn't want to take our order as they were still open till 11pm. The woman at the window rolled her eyes and said we're short staffed so we closed early, though we could see there were 3 employees working there at the time. Then we asked for the manager to come speak with us and we asked for his name, the woman turned and walked away from the drive thru window, then she never bothered to come back, I'm guessing she was refusing to give us the managers name. I wonder how many times they CLOSE EARLY like this. There were another 2 cars that came after us while the place was supposed to be open too. This was very unprofessional and very bad business, as they lost at least 3 customers that night. The manager did come out of the back later but refused to talk to us.
