Nails Art — Local services in Columbus

My first time there, I was treated with discrimination. I was told to wash my hands But the Caucasian wasn't told too. Also I noticed this nail shop picks and choses what pedi you can get. For example : I just wanted a basic pedi. But apparently only on Monday-Weds it's available. I never been to a nail shop where they say you can't get a basic pedi. They overcharge for gel. I normally pay 15 bucks instead of 20 doallars. Also the lady didn't ask which polish I wanted. She chose gel polish instantly. I do not like the fact they think it's okay to make decisions for your services. So tgey can get more money from you. Not to mention treat Caucasians differently then Black African Americans. You treat everyone the same not because of their ethnicities. I refused to get service. I walked out. It seem very discriminatory at this nail location. I didn't deserve their disrespect. Especially telling me to wash my hands. But the other...

The worst they have no management skills..they can not multitask..and they use old acrylic...2 nails broke the next day.. they were uneven and you can see not enough acrylic on some cause you can see where the fake nail was attached threw the nail..i came in at 11 am left out at 1:45 got full set, pedicure and eye brow they couldnt do eyebrow cause she was doing nails and instead of saying hold on to the nail customer and do my eye brow they wanted me to wait a hour for her to get done and ive been there for 3 she came after me and for a hour the brow tech did nothing and could of did me but sat there while i was getting my feet done which took over an hour....on a good note the massage chair...

My entire family and I have been going to this nail salon for 6+ years now. Henry has been the one to primarily do all of our nails but you can’t go wrong with any of the nail artists ! They are welcoming and so friendly, and will execute your design exactly how you envisioned it! They also have an awesome reward card system to earn free pedicures and acrylic balances. Even though our family has moved out of Reynoldsburg we still make the trip back in to see Henry and our friends at Nails Art- I won’t go anywhere else.
