GameStop — Attraction in Trussville

I come here all the time!! I love the deals that they have on current gen consoles. I think they are steep on new games (or I am just cheap) so I usually only buy the super used and discounted games. The staff members are always super friendly and knowledgeable about the games they are selling. I don’t like having to have a membership or being asked 9 questions to try and get more money out of me when I buy a discounted game. The store was nice but the employee there gave me hard time because I didn’t like one part of a game he really liked and proceeded to be flippant and disrespectful the whole time I was there with my friends. I emailed a complaint because I don’t deserve to be treated that way, especially as a customer, whenever I have an opinion about a game. Its a side hustle for paramedics / first responders to flip new PS5 and Xbox , they know when the new shipment comes in and buy them out and flip them for quick cash. Nothing wrong with the concept but when the guys are on the clock getting paid and loading them up in an ambulance in front of the store that's a joke. Something should be done about it.
