New Day Car Wash — Attraction in Trussville

The car wash scrapped my lower bumper on the driver’s side where the tire fits into the conveyor . Supervisor was notified and he was coming up with every excuse/analysis as to why it didn’t. I just purchased this car 14days ago and that was not on my car. Fresh black deep scratches in my paint which was covered in black tire shine before I wiped it off to really notice the scratches. I inspected the car several times before it was purchased off of Lexus car lot. I would not have purchased the car if it already had scratches that deep in the paint. I am highly mad about it and the supervisor was being rude about it with mutiple excuses. Nonchalant attitude about it all and blaming me. I was greeted by Taylor and she is the sweetest. This was my first time and I used the code to get a free Wash. She talked to me about pricing and we went over each offer. I explained that I was just trying it out but I simply hand wash my own car. She asked why, and I expressed that I have a fear of my car becoming more damaged since I have some small damaged, and I mention that the structure of my vehicle makes it hard for the machine to clean in detail. This is literally the best car wash I’ve ever been to. It washes the exterior better compared to any other such as rain drop. I LOVE how every vaccum spot has a clean towel/dirty towel bin, an all purpose cleaner spray, an air compressor gun, and a mat holder! It was so convenient to spray the towel with the cleaner spray right there and clean the interior of my car. I also loved the mat cleaner sink. It also had an all purpose cleaner spray, air compressor, scrub brush, and water hose to make sure your mats are nice and clean. They have speakers outside so you can listen to music while cleaning your car as well. The vaccum suction is the strongest I’ve used anywhere! Noah was so sweet and made sure I knew he was available if I needed anything.
