DONT GO HERE! YELLED AT, CHASED, & LOCKED INSIDE!!
I usually review on Yelp not Google, but putting part this on here now since Yelp deleted it outside of the editing window so I can’t go back on there and make it shorter but I think it’s important I share this experience as it’s 100% real and need to know for any thinking about going here!!!
If I could give this place negative stars I would!! I had the WORST service I’ve had in my life (along with/ too hot motors) at this establishment. I took my younger sister here & explained multiple times to different staff what we were both getting (no gel). When my sis finished I asked if they gave her a mani, I found she did not. The price he quoted her didn’t match the service. My nails were still being done as I talked to my sister about her nails trying to figure out the price and I mentioned to her that he better not have done gel when I told them during our pedicure and when starting her nails that it was no gel. My technician doing my nails says he did gel. I sigh frustrated mumbling “why would he do gel, I told him not to do gel, I’m not paying for gel.” Before I know it the man that did her nails is in my face yelling about the price and how I need to pay because she asked for gel. I i asked him why he did gel when she said no gel (he clearly did not notice or realize I was there and with her) and he kept yelling how it didn’t matter. She affirmed that she told him not to it and I was there to hear it. He yelled and waved his arms telling me I was going to pay for it regardless and making a huge scene. I could not even get a word in. His defense was that she didn’t stop him, she put her hand in her hair after, she knew it was gel. (Side note my sister does NOT get her nails done, she’s new to the nail salon, she does not know a regular polish from gel from powder). She had not even realized at that point she could touch things and not ruin her nails. I knew that I was going to address his behavior when my nails were done. So I gave her my keys and asked her to wait in the car because I did not want her to witness me possibly arguing with him when he did not seem to be stable. I notice seconds later she’s calling me on my watch but didn’t think anything of it. Right after, she comes back in the shop and before I can ask her why she’s back, JORDAN comes right behind her yelling and again making a scene locking the door and holding himself against it screaming about how she can’t leave until we pay and blah blah blah. I am dumbfounded at this point that this is happening! Im now shaking with embarrassment and anger. I have no idea what he did or said to my sister outside to bring her in but If bystanders outside are laughing about the behavior towards a minor then stopping to ask if he’s serious and if she needs help, there’s something wrong. I told him that she is a little girl I’m obviously paying and I’m still finishing getting my nails done! He says “ohh well you didn’t say that” and unlocks the door and goes on as though he didn’t just put on the blockbuster summer hit of the year. At this point I AM LIVID! I never told him I wasn’t paying and he never asked. I doubt the woman doing my nails would have continued to do them if she thought I wasn’t paying. She finished soon after that & I paid but It took forever for the others working there to give me his name. I walked out shaking and with tears in my eyes. I did nothing to be treated like that. A technician came outside and spoke to me apologizing for him and saying she thought he was going to calm down and he didn’t and she didn’t know what to do. I made a police report documenting his behavior and of course am warning everyone I can about this place. Police took forever to come but ultimately could do nothing because we did not get the bystanders...
Read moreHorrrrrrrrrible.
It has been 24 hours and I decided to post.
This instance qualifies for zero stars.
This was my first time at this establishment (and it will be my last). I informed the front person I wanted a manicure with acrylic nails and pedicure. He said “sure we have someone who is open.”
Problems with the nail tech. 1-I asked her about the manicure and cuticle trim she shares to me that I am just getting acrylic nails. No. I asked for a manicure. 2- she kept telling me how things have additional costs. I am at a nail salon… of course I know I am paying for a service rendered. 3- the application of the acrylic was horrible! Horrible! She did not file down the art pic. 4- the French manicure line was crooked The nail polish application was horrible.
I am so disappointed and frustrated I finish the service. I ask the front desk attendant if I can have a polish change. The next person that comes to me states “do you really know what you want?”
I was getting a pedicure and while the person was nice. They could not apply nail polish.
The person who did my polish change did not do a before job. I was so frustrated that I paid and left. I attached the before pictures.
Today I went to another establishment . ONLY because the owner of the establishment that I went to said “please do not post our name with their review!” They said this was a very bad acrylic application and nail polish application and had no problem fixing it all!
Do not go to this place. Do not go to this place. Do not go to this place.

Read moreI'm changing my review after my last time there. I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years now. I pretty much go every 2 weeks for a full and sometimes I will also add one of there more expensive pedicures.
This last time I was there a gentleman did my nails. I wanted a full with gel polish. He asked me if I wanted them trimmed down in length. I said yes just a little. He rushed through my nails and they looked okay, not the best I've ever had though. When I went to pay, he charged me $5 extra dollars because he shortened my nails. WHY... this service had ALWAYS been included whenever I have received a full and/or a manicure. This was absolutely crazy. When I asked about it, ther lady that was talking my payment looked upset that I questioned the charge. She huffed and bbn then went and asked about it to the man that did my nails. She came back and basically said...well, he shortened your nails, you owe it. I just paid and said that I had never ever been charged this and walked out.
If you are going to charge for those types of extras then you should have your prices posted whete everyone can see them or the nail tech needs to explain and disclose those types of additional fees at the time of service. Plus it needs to consistent with ALL nail techs.
You just lost a longtime customer who will no longer give any referrals. Plus I had 4 other people with me that day who didn't have very good...
