Campbell Estates Mobile Home — Attraction in Tucson

((Update: 5/27 we have had issues with homeless people starting to come into the park, they are trying to break into storages and cars. But management and corporate worries more about what you have in your yard then other issues 🤣.

We have utility increase but they had the large dumpsters locked last time I had tried to throw things away because our trash can was full feel like we should have access to this as well if they are charging us $20 a month for ONE trash can.))

Management isn’t the best they continuously give you papers of what not to do. But isn’t helpful

They are supposed to send a rent statements via email sometimes you get it but if you don’t you have to just log in to see it. Lot space is always increasing but no upgrades of amenities are done the park in the trailer park is outdated and can’t be enjoyed during summer. Management is hard to contact and when she is contacting you she seems to be annoyed by the questions and stops responding to your email. This place the landscaping is kept very nice very pleasant accept what I don't like kids out there running around without their parents in the middle of the road and dogs without leashes nobody around the dogs or the kids are going to get ran over and it's going to be the driver's fault the kids are not being kept under control and the dogs aren't on leashes but it's going to be the driver's fault...

This a great place to live and there is pool big room parties and they're near Bryant there's a hospital you got a shopping mall and you got the dollar store Dollar Tree mean and Safeway and you got plenty of stuff around that at Campbell Estates I think it's a great place to have your the kids it's a great place for anybody who wants to come and live...
