Peach Nails — Attraction in Tucson

This company has very poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you get long nails. I have been going to this place for over a year just because im new to the state, but everytime i go there the experience gets worse. They are lazy and don't like to do there job. I pay almost 200 everytime i go and have to sit there uncomfortable because they treat me with such a bad attitude. They pass me from one person to another cause no one wants to do my long nails. Remind you that I have never been rude or ugly to them in any way. The price goes upon my set every time I go and I get the exact same length every time minus the design if any. From 80, to 90, then a odd number 93, then 100, then over 100. No one should have to feel like this where you are spending your money. They laugh an talk to others but when I come in it's just attitudes and eye rolling. Im always the only black person in there and they treat me like garbage, snatching my hand with force, making me wait for someone else cause hannah doesn't want to do my nails even though I made a appointment still had to wait for over 30 minutes. Then after my nails was done had to wait 30 or 40 minutes just to get my toes polished no pedicure just polish. I could understand if everyone was busy but people are walking all past me and im just sitting there. They start taking care of people who came after me. I understand if you don't want to do long nails, but they should put up a sign no long nails. Instead of treating there paying customers poorly. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all especially people of color. The management is the one who did my nails to the same one who keeps raising the price on me and who was snatching on my hand. If you want a pleasant and peaceful experience do not go to this...

I am not sure why the review of 2 months ago shows up first when so many others have written positive things. I met Lily and Ken 2 days after they took over the business as a walk-in. She had been a rep to the previous owner. I have now watched them for over two years and can absolutely guarantee that they will do a great job. She is fabulous at waxing and all services and takes great pride in her eyebrows. Ken gives a wonderful pedicure and I am assuming does great nails since I see the same people back time and time again and they request him and refuse others. Their daughter-in-law seems to be in high demand from all university and young clients. I recommend an appointment as it can get crazy when an entire sorority shows up on the weekend, and for this reason they often bring in others, just as competent, to help during these times when they are inundated. They work very hard and unless this young woman understands Vietnamese I would suggest she is not able to translate what is said between two people who are constantly working. As I see it, they are always discussing how to do it better and manage the next person who shows up announced. I have never seen anyone displeased during this time frame and the idea that she is just 'out for the money' is ridiculous. This is a great service product done well and reasonably! You must have cash to tip since the machine does not add it on (something I always fail to remember). I am the owner of a service business for 37 years. I am sooooo happy that I found Pacific Nails in Tucson! I have been looking for a nail shop that is clean, uses proper cleaning and sterilization techniques for nail and feet fungus, and a place where the people are nice and make you feel welcome, well I finally found the place, and it's Pacific Nails on Speedway and N. Tucson Blvd. The owners, Ken and Lilly are the nicest people who love to laugh and have fun, it was a breath of fresh air coming to them. It's a family business and everyone is so nice and you can tell they really appreciate all of their customers and do the best job they can, even after being in the business for over 20 years, Lilly makes sure that you are happy with their services.

Now in addition to wanting a clean, nice place, of course I also have been looking for a spot that does nails really good and listens to me and what I want, and again Pacific Nails met and surpassed my expectations. My nails look natural, beautiful and petite as my nails should be and are naturally, but sometimes you go places and my nails end up all fat looking .. well not here, no way .. I can't tell you how satisfied I am!! This wonderful nail shop will be my go to place as long as I'm in Tucson.

Their prices are very reasonable and I was in and out of there, but didn't feel rushed at all. They also take credit cards or debit with no crazy high fee like another palace, but I will mention that they only take cash for tips, so make sure and bring some cash for that, and believe me, they earned every penny of my money!!
