13 years after having a service done, I was finally able to get it reversed! I can't say enough bad things about the tear trough filler that I received by Chrisy Hall. I had received a few treatments prior and liked the results and also liked their skin care line, so proceeded with another recommended procedure namely filler in the tear trough. after having the initial service, I was left with some bruising and swelling, which is all normal and part of the process. However, after Three weeks the dark bruise did not go away. I went back to Christie and she said that I just needed another syringe of filler. I'm glad I didn't go for that. it is now 13 years later, and I finally decided to address the dark marks under my eyes which have gradually faded, but then ended up being bags under my eyes. I just thought that I had aged. However, I went to another specialist in town and she told me that that was improperly placed filler. She used the hyaluronidase to dissolve this old filler. Within five minutes, the bags were gone. However, I am still left with some issues from what Christy did. First of all, I have since found that you do not inject wrestling directly under the eye. Which she did! Also, when I went back to show her, the dark marks And the bags that had formed under my eyes, she told me that was my "fat pad". Whether it was just a lie or an attempt to sell another syringe of filler or ignorance, none of this matters. In a nutshell, I trusted her and she was negligent and incompetent. And I lived for 13 years, thinking I had bulging fat pads and dark circles under my eyes when it was her poor technique! And the dark circles are what is called the Tyndall effect, Or rather bluish discoloration that shows through your skin because of the hyaluronic acid. All of this is gone now, and my eyes look wide open again. I literally cried when the filler was dissolved because I looked normal again and not sick. I do understand that with every cosmetic procedure there are risks and some unknown side effects. But she did nothing to try to help me and only insisted I needed to spend another $700 on another syringe of filler. Not to mention she doesn't understand...

Where do I start From the moment I walked in, all the ladies were so pleasant. I had privilege of meeting two of them. The first Andie took me in for pictures she made me feel so comfortable, this was the first time anyone has ever taken my pictures without makeup. You see I have had freckles and red hair my whole life and growing up being teased was very hurtful. So I’ve always hid my freckles with makeup. From the moment I wake up I go straight to the shower and before I leave the bathroom I apply makeup to my face so when I say that no one has ever seen me without makeup Not even the man that I just finished sharing the last 41 years with has seen me without makeup. Andie was so nice and her Amazing Good Energy put me right at ease. At this point I felt so comfortable in her presence. She also comforted me while Christy performed my filler and a little Botox. ( First time ever I’ve always been scared of needles). From my initial contact with Andie when I first called just for a little info About Skin Appeal and the services that are offered, she was so warm and helpful. So I decided to make an appointment for a consultation. Long story short not only did I make it to my appointment, I also had the most wonderful procedures done the same day. I also met Anai she administered the topical numbing agent before my procedure. She was so Gracious and complimentary. Then I had the privilege of meeting Christy she was also such a wonderful soul with such Good Energy. Her Honesty, Kindness and Good nature touched my Heart when she didn’t try to put down the Line of skincare products that I was currently using. She didn’t try to force any of her products on me. Her Honesty meant so much to me. Her integrity and Honesty was a much needed break from what I am use to experiencing. So right there and then decide to use her services. I had my procedure done the same day. I am so very Happy with the results that I see . Sorry but happy doesn’t describe the difference that I Feel about Loving Life again. I’m Ecstatic to Live Life again. Thank you Christy You changed my Life. Thank you Andie, Anai and all the Wonderful Ladies...
