Cato Fashions — Attraction in Tulsa

My mom and I were visiting family in Tulsa from Connecticut. I loooove Cato BUT I usually go to the one in Sandsprings. We decided to try this location out. My mom was charged twice and we didn't realize it until a few days later right before heading out of town. My mom called this location to see if we should come in to get the extra charge put back onto her card and the woman said she has to look into it and it would most likely be handled by Monday. The lady said if anything we might need to mail the receipt --- my mom was annoyed but ok whatever not a big deal. WELL weeks later the money wasn't refunded so clearly it wasn't taken care of so my mom called her bank and then called this location and the lady was nothing but rude. Unfortunately this is now going to be handled by the bank. THEY messed up. THEY charged us twice. and were the ones going through hoops to get OUR money back? Somethings not right with that picture. HORRIBLE customer service. This is unacceptable!!! Its been 3 weeks. Bottom line - be vigilant when at this store when making a purchase - - or just go to Sandsprings much better selection and MUCH friendlier staff! :)

I went to this Catos on Aug 21st. I was told to swipe my card again as she said she was having trouble with the computers all day. I asked if she was sure it didnt go through. Yes. Later that evening I noticed two charges back to back for the same amount from Catos. I took the receipt and went to the store. O showed the manager the receipt and pulled up my bank account showing her the two charges. She said she called corporate and there was only one charge but she could clearly see my bank was charged twice . I have had to go through my bank to dispute the charges and I am still waiting on my refund. They handled this poorly and never bothered to call me back. I shopped there weekly with a group of girls and I have not...

There was so stuff packed in that every time you try to pull a hanger out they were all sticking together. I am use to a higher quality of service. Our catos in Bartlesville shut down, they had awesome customer service skills. They greeted you when you walked in, they would check on you and take purchases you had chosen to their counter so your hands were free. There were 2 girls preoccupied with themselves I guess. They certainly were not helping people shopping. I will not return to this location. But I love...
