We just joined life time a few weeks ago and have to say that the gym is the cleanest and truly a full service establishment. They have a full service salon located inside a cafĆ©, where you can get dozens of grateful deductions to help you stay on track with your health goals. lifetime merch you can buy also Their facility is equipped with a Rockwall, sauna steam room, heated pools or pools, family rooms, daycare while you work out and several different classes to choose from on a daily basis. Plus you never have to guess your workouts again because their app helps you on your fitness journey. So I would say that anyone who’s interested in joining it is truly the best bang for your buck.

The low stars surprise me, because V stays in great shape with all that lifetime has to offer: workout area with every piece of equipment needed, free classes, indoor and outdoor pills, rock wall, basketball courts, spa, saunas, steam rooms.... It's all here and that's where you should be! V says if you're on the south side, you should join up - if your complaining about the price, you're probably not using all that it has you offer.

I came here mainly for sauna, which wasn't even that great if I'm being honest. The employees can be extremely rude and disrespectful. My Jewish friend ordered a BLT from here once, and the picture I have attatched to this is what they presented him with. That's right! 2 slices of bread with 2 pieces of raw bacon slapped on top. Bone apple tea my friends. I canceled my membership shortly after.

I joined recently and can say that this is the best experience (all around factors) that I have had at any gym. I called to make an appointment to check it out and also wanted to check a class that started within 30 minutes the day I joined. Jamison and his manager met me at the door with overwhelming kindness and help me get straight to the class first. They then helped me understand the options and help me easily join. They are super friendly and always say hello. My experience with so many classes to choose from has been excellent. I love all of the group class instructors (Megan, Lucious, Todd, Lindsay, Corbin, Aurora, Aubrey, Josh, Phylis, Carlos) to only name a few (so many I'm missing). There are so many wonderful classes and time options available. The classes are full but *easily able to get in and have space. They have top notch equipment. One particular class usually packs to the rim. I hurried there because it's right when I get off work and I was 5 mins late. A lifetime employee named Steve welcomed me in and even made a space for me and went out of his way to help set up all the necessary pieces of equipment in between others for me to jump right in. Amazingly nice! The instructors are full of energy and make the classes fun and to get results. Within two to three weeks I've already seen some of my goals achieved while having fun. The atmosphere is such an awesome blend of all ages and people. After a Weight Workout I sometimes like to do hip hop class with Lucious and it is so fun. There are people 60+ and super young people in their twenties in their all at the same time having a blast. It is a wonderful family environment but also if you do you not have a family. You don't even realize you're getting a major work out because it's fun. The facilities are always super super clean, organized, and a standard of excellence. With your enrollment there are free onboarding sessions and they actually have you hop on a very expensive machine that asesses your inflammation, skeletal muscle mass, and fat percentage and actually go over some plans to help your goals with you which is super helpful. They have top-notch amenities with three pools and rock climbing and a eucalyptus steam room. The yoga studio is separate and designed for so many different types of yoga options. The cycle studio is amazing and the cold eucalyptus towels for your head after workout is a pleasant touch. Their Cafe offers affordable super healthy options if you're in a hurry . The hours are amazing and open before Dawn and open till midnight . They also have a spa for any extra spoiling . When you sign up they do also offer certain packages where you can get major discounts and free services (worth it) . Have filtered water fountains to refill your water bottles and a million other awesome activities that I'm not even naming. For someone who is not historically a gym person (and frugal) this experience has been worth every single thing and has brought true life change and Improvement in health for me in just one month alone. Thank you very much and I'm grateful for having this...

What A really interesting story this is... I joined almost a year ago with full discretion up front that I own other health and fitness businesses so as to avoid them having a problem with what I do for a living. Im a personal trainer, nutrition coach and entrepreneur. I own a couple gyms in Tulsa as well as some other health and fitness business and was looking for a place to "check out" and get a good workout in with my friends. So a few weeks ago, I get approached by management and they TELL ME that my membership has been revoked and they need me to leave. Thats it. They don't ask to speak with me about a problem, they just tell me to leave. After prying for more information, I find out that some "team members" told management I was "training people, attempting to recruit and parking my truck in the parking lot" (my truck is wrapped with my business logo) of course I parked my truck. 1. Im responsible for bringing in over $1000/month in memberships to lifetime because of my friends who workout with me occasionally. Sometimes they show up and sometimes they don't. And of course I told management this was the case when I joined and they gladly took my money and all of my friends money to sign up, KNOWING THEY WERE GOING TO WORKOUT WITH ME. 2. My personal training business has 200 personal training clients right now and I don't train any of them...Why would I try to "train people" on my down time during my workout if I don't even train the client at my gyms? 3. A lot of my nutrition and fitness coaching clients go here for their gym workout. A lot of my personal training clients go here for their gym workout. A lot of my meal prep clients go here for their workouts. How is lifetime going to blanket statement all of this and just kick me out? 4. Lifetime knew all of this upfront and now all of a sudden I am kicked out. They take my money for a year, get my referrals money and then kick me out. 5. Management doesn't even ask to speak with me concerning the accusations. Instead, the treat me like an infidel and demand that I leave immediately. I Wasn't even allowed to finish my workout. 6. Finally, probably the thing that bothers me the most. When I asked for proof of the accusations, they were unable to give me anything. Crickets. "I have to trust my team members accusations." I asked her to speak with her team members again because everything that was said were lies and call me in a few days. It took her 10 days to call me back (which was today), but still with no answers or proof of accusations. ...

My God…what is WRONG with you? šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø outdoor water classes with obnoxious music and a loud instructor?? HOW do you come up with so many bad ideas? Leave us in peace! This is a country club not a place to advertise your pathetic classes! So glad I’m canceling my account. Go bankrupt.

Well if you were hoping for a gym experience catered to adults, this is the wrong place. They block the rock wall off to adults even during, what’s supposed to be adult climb. They brought in a group of kids and had me leave… They made the deep part of the pool shallow so now I’m at waste hight anywhere but the dive side of the lap pool. Thanks so much šŸ™„ Seriously it’s like they are looking for ways to screw you over.

They finally lowered the volume of the whole gym. Finally my hearing will be protected. 🚨Be careful what you leave in your locker by accident, if consumable, the staff will steal it a use it.

I’m filing complaints with the government and LifeTime corporate unless immediate action is taken. This facility actively attempts to cause hearing loss. Every class is 75 decibels. They’ve added an open air class where the instructor mic is so high I’m surprised the speaker doesn’t crackle. Noise canceling headphones only lower the sound, it’s far too much sound pollution. I just want to work out in peace.

Fifth review: TURN THE FREAKING MUSIC DOWN! I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR YOUR PLAY LIST! I DO NOT WANT 75 DECIBEL SOUND PRODUCED BY ANY OF LIFETIMES SPEAKERS! FOR THE FITH TIME! KEEP YOUR TERRIBLE SOUND TRACKS DOWN!

Forth review: Decibel levels are slowly creeping back up. They’re hitting 85-90 making it to where I hear the crappy music again over my noise canceling earbuds. Please keep music over the speakers lower. Not only for me but for the health of everyone’s ears. Anything over 75 is detrimental to hearing.

Third review: They fixed the music volume. Thank you all so much! So glad I can listen to my music at a normal volume and not hear random music overlapping it. Thank you! This place is great! Back to 5āļø

Second review: I don’t know who is in charge of the music but it’s way too loud for a gym! I want to listen to my own music. Not whatever you think is music. That should be background at best not blaring. Ruining the experience.

First review: 5āļøDoing a great job updating equipment. Excited to see more bar clamps and more chest fly...
