Horrible Horrible SERVICE and MANAGEMENT!
Went in for a simple highlight to cover my roots (new growth). I usually always have foils done but my technician insisted she would just use a 'color' to brush on my roots. I was in-trusting in her expertise and now have ORANGE HAIR!
The young manager would NOT even come out to coach my technician on how to correct the issue. In this matter my hair was over processed, a total of 3 times, with her seconding guessing over and over how to correct the mistake. Once the manager finally made an entrance she explained that she couldn't leave the other clients to come help. (These clients were not in distress as I was, yet she avoided me). She then had the guts to lie to my face over and over saying "Well, we have never done your hair before so we aren't familiar with how it would take to color." "Well, we don't have to right type of colors to match your hair" ( I am blonde...how difficult is that?!? Bleach anyone?!) I then was furious that they didn't warn me of these 'issues' before, but waited until after my hair was done to make the excuses. I instructed the manager that I was NOT going to pay for the service but I would pay for the cut I got and tip my technician just for her time. She demanded that I pay and threatened to call the cops on me!

Read moreI took my 94-year old mother to Top Cuts this afternoon. She has been going there for 10 years to get her hair cut. There were two women working and neither one was friendly at all, especially the one who cut her hair. She never smiled or asked how my mom was doing or tried to make small talk at all. It was really odd; it was the one of the worst examples of customer service I have seen. After the cut, there was hair all over my mom's clothes even though she had a gown on.
