Starbucks — Restaurant in Twin Falls

I have a huge issue with this store. Today I went in and there were signs saying masks were required. I am not going to argue that point and I entered with a mask on out of respect for their requirement. As I was waiting in line, a lady came in and the employee behind the counter shouts out, “Mam, do you have a mask?” She replied, “No!” He then proceeds to tell her that he doesn’t have an extra mask and she cannot come in without a mask. She turned around and left. Meanwhile there was a family of four that was sitting at a table. None of them had a mask on. There was another lady sitting at her computer that had her mask off and hanging from her ear. And another family of three entered into the door without masks. Yes, I left and won’t return. This...

Yesterday, my daughter got burned by hot coffee at Starbucks. She ran over to help grab our order from the counter (not that I asked her to but she is 4 yrs old and wanted to help her grandpa). I have a newborn that I was dealing with and didn’t know she ran over to the counter until I heard her scream. I ran over and grabbed her and took her to the bathroom to pull off her shirt and apply cold water. My mother ran to the counter and asked for ice, the lady at the counter proceeded to put two sandwiches in the oven before grabbing a cup of ice. You know I always really liked Starbucks and went pretty much every day. But their drinks have not been good at all for the past couple months now and I have tried different Starbucks locations, the only one I enjoy is located in the Twin Falls target. I’m assuming because they’re always packed the quality has really went down. I’m always stuck in line for a long time and by the time I get my drink it’s pretty much halfway melted, I asked for extra shot or extra caramel and it never taste like it actually has it in there but yeah I pay extra for the shot.
