Alberto's Jewelry — Attraction in Union City

I've been coming here since I was 14, and now I am 28! I know everyone in the staff and the owner albert. He is great, he works with your budget and is very attentive. The staff is friendly and the place feel cozy like a family owned business. I came around to his store when I was 14 and bought my first name plate single sided I wanted to make it double and the jewelry place where I created my name plate was charging me too much to make it double. When I came to him he gave me a lower price and discovered that the name plate I currently had was gold mixed with something else. Which then he recreated it making it only of gold. The fact that he would do this for a 14 year old without stealing or taking advantage of me blew my mind and that's why I still go to him for anything. My whole family comes here as well and I always refer him to my friends. Every time one of my jewelry is broken or is dirty he fixes it without charging me a penny. Albert is a great person and you will not regret coming here.

We went to Alberto's to simply check out good engagement rings as our 5th year anniversary was coming up soon. My husband and I didn't want to spend our hard earned money on the big diamond retailers. From the minute we walked into the store, Mr. Batikha made sure to answer any questions we had without upselling anything. He even allowed us to see the difference between clarities of diamonds using his little eye piece--can't get any personal than that! He made sure that we were comfortable with the price we were willing to pay. My husband wanted to get the diamond authenticated thru GIA and Mr. Batikha worked with us on that as well.
