Been here before never had an issue till my last visit. I came in to bring in one of my kids phones that the screen had cracked, but it was still visual that you could see things on the screen. I wanted a screen replacement however, the gentleman that took my phone said it’ll need also the LED screen or what not under the glass to be replaced. I asked before I left when I get it back if you cannot fix this, it’ll be in the same condition. I dropped it off.

Came back to pick it up and I asked a gentleman what happened he said that they were unable to fix the phone that I should probably take it to an AT&T store. I didn’t understand why it seems so complicated because they’ve done this before when I get Phone back, didn’t think of it, but I thought it was strange that my phone didn’t , I called my son and he said make sure that that phone is how you dropped it off at least that you can still see the screen. However, after charging it for half hour still did not turn on. I go back to the store and I said to them what happened you said the phone would be just like how I dropped it off if not better. Unfortunately, the guy wasn’t able to fix your phone but sometimes when we try to replace the screens, it gets more damage then when you dropped it off. I don’t want to put any stars on this business I wish I never went there to el waste my time nd money in a place we’re all they want to do is steel nd treat people bad I don’t recommend this place for anyone to bring anything there I have a couple of friends also brong there devises there to fix nd they didn’t give there divise back they gave them something else nd acted like the person was crazy,The worst service the saying tht the customer comes first it’s a loud of crock they have favoritetism I went there with the same issue as another person they changed for the other one nd when I told them what had happened they said tht they don’t change it cause it didn’t cost more then 100 dollars nd cause what I had bought from them was 15 dollars she said tht she wasn’t going to change it meanwail she disrespects the customers nd treats them unprofessionaly nd if u ask about the owner everyone is the owner the recommend tht it’s the best perchase nd tht everyone buys it nd when u ask them if it breaks can I come exchange it for another they say yes nd when u go on the next day nd tell them they shot u down nd mistreat u like if ur steeling from them the worst service unprofessional nd resist on top of everything James vuelvo all never go there ever again waist of money nd time to talk to people who don't ha e any...

This company/small business is AMAZING!!! They are great at what they do and are so helpful. The staff is super friendly and willing to help you in any way possible. My husband took his Xbox series X because it kept overheating when he would try to use it and we didn’t know what the issue was. He took it to this store where they said all it needed was a deep clean and it should be good as new. They called him the next day to go pick it up and they were right because his console looks and works like he just bought it yesterday. We will for sure be using your services again....
