Moved here 3 years ago and I have to say this is one of the best investment I ever made! The building is nice and clean. Very well organized and it’s cleaned daily by the incredible staff here. The amenities are amazing! The summer pool is a must have. Also I was so worried about my commute to work every day in the city but the 119 bus right in front the building takes me to work within 15 minutes!! Insanely fast! I used to live in Astoria NY and it took me 40 minutes to get to work!! I can’t believe Jersey is faster than Astoria!! Other than that, the location is so convenient. grocery stores, light rails, and good restaurants are all around! Not to mention the tennis courts right across street in the park! Love this place so much and jealous the tenants that have the city view 🥹🥹 should have gotten the apartment on the city...

Just moved here and I have to say this building is a hidden gem in Hoboken/JC/Union city area. Amazing view of New York City, friendly staff onsite, and every amenity you need. Visited my friend recently who lives in this apartments. This place is nice and view from up there is great, you can see Hoboken, Union City and Jersey City form the high.
