This is one of the very rare occasions where I feel frustrated enough to leave a negative review.
I dropped off my MacBook for a screen repair on June 25, and was told it would be fixed within a few business days. After receiving no updates, I called them on July 3 around noon, and they assured me it would be ready in 2–3 hours, promising to call me back. They didn’t. Later that same day, I called again and was explicitly told my device would be ready for pick up before closing. Based on that assurance, I arranged an Uber pickup, only to have my Uber driver arrive and then be informed that the repair wasn't actually complete. They explained that the new part they ordered wasn’t compatible with my device's camera, requiring them to order another part and causing further delays.
Another week later, on July 11, I followed up and was told the ordered part had been delayed, forcing me to wait another week. On July 18, I called again and learned—for the first time—that the logic board had burned out, a critical issue that they had never mentioned previously when doing diagnostics.
Throughout this entire process, communication, professionalism, and timely updates were completely lacking. If I hadn’t continually called them, I probably would never have received any status updates.
Finally, when I decided to retrieve my MacBook and have the repair done directly at an Apple Store, this place did not clarify whether my laptop still had the original cracked screen or the incompatible replacement they installed. They provided no clear information until after I requested a refund, at which point they used the incompatible replacement they installed was still in the Macbook as a reason to deny my refund request.
Overall, an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place for repairs. And i guess they never look at these...

I brought my Apple Watch on Saturday to get a battery replacement and it’s been a week and they still haven’t sent it to Apple to fix. They first quoted me for the battery replacement. Then they quoted me for power issues. Basically a total price for a new watch. I told them to charge it, the battery dies quick… which is why I brought it there. Then had multiple calls with them giving me wrong information to unpair my watch. It got to a point that they asked for my iCloud password. Very unsafe and unprofessional to ask for someone’s private information. But had to provide since they couldn’t figure out what was wrong and they wanted me to physically come back to the store, which was not possible. They then blamed ME for not properly unpairing when I followed THEIR directions.
They said I should hear back from them in 1 week. I’ll update my review then. At this point, I just want my device back with full reimbursement. Now to change...

They have had my computer for almost 2 months and it's worse off than when I sent it in. Do not use these guys for any repairs! Customer service sucks! Everything sucks about this company! I get it, It's the wild wild west these days and no one cares but these dudes, I mean, wow, they just know how to make things worse! Stay away! I know these reviews mean nothing so I hardly review but these guys I am making an exception! If you want your electronics unrepaired or not working even further, if you are looking to destroy your electronics and pay for that, they this is the company! They are good at that!
