Hadez Food Truck — Attraction in Union

Had the pleasure of tasting this amazing food at the House Music Festival held in Roselle New Jersey. The Oxtail Tacos were out of this world! I have never had anything like it! Totally unique, and totally delicious! I literally could’ve eaten more easily. I truly appreciated the enthusiasm of the owners. They were attentive, the food came out quickly and it was hot and ready to eat. I am thinking of ways to utilize their services for upcoming events that I’m involved in, because the food was that good! Thanks again for the amazing food...

Hands down the best food truck I’ve been to. The team is very professional and the food is to die for. I couldn’t decide on what I wanted because all of the food the customers had in front of me had me drooling. I ordered the oxtail tacos, the brisket Mac n cheese and the brisket sandwich. Everything was seasoned to perfection and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this truck if you come across it at any of the events within Jersey. And what makes it even better is, I feel good...
